As now everybody has their own threas for thir changelogs, here goes mine.

Some heroes may have been overnerfed/overbuffed a bit, but generally I tried not to make any big changes unless I was sure the hero is broken(in either way) and needs some serious treatment. This is on;y balance changelog, but Dota 2 system has to be reworked as well, but who cares.

Now regardin general Doto changes:

Low Priority queue games do not count towards general player statistics.

Randoming is disabled in Ranked Matchmaking.

MMR values are reset every three months, with previous RMM rating affecting the calibration(so 7k guys won't have to dig through scrubs every time).

You can add any player to your matchmaking blacklist, nullyfuing your chances to be matched with that player.

MMR values are shown on loading stage.

There is no penalty for declining the game/abandoning before the picks start if it hadn't occured during last 24 hours.

Intentional feeding and Ability Abuse reports can only be submitted by allies.

After a game in Normal lobby games you can rate your allies' performance affecting their matchmaking priority. Higher ranked players will get matched with similarly ranked players and vice versa.

Valve actually spends some mobey on their **** servers.

Rod of Atos is useful for... oh wait, nobody, hahahaha. Maybe range needs some nerf, 1200 is too much, but with range of 700-800 it will actually be a good item.
Necrophos is OP, so obviously he needs a nerf.
Zeus has too much burst damage, also OP.
Mekansm is now supposed to be a mid-game item for tanks when they will have enough HP and mana. Probably should have raised the cost, I forgot about the recipe cost.

Necrophos might be really strong, but reverting all the buffs is really lame
Zeus OP? He is slow, squishy, no CC, ofc he has large damage. Not to mention he has the worst lane control EA. Dimo pls.

Why can't you imagine atos having a root?
I am not reverting Aghs buff. And why can't I revert a lame buff that was not necessarry at all?
All you say Zeus is common for excusing squishy heroes. His damage output is ridiculous, it has to be nerfed. Who needs speed and HP(btw he has 2.3 STR growth and often goes for HP items) when you melt heroes with three casts?

Beastmaster's Wild Axes manacost is now 80(was 120). 2/10, sando's rescaling = 10/10

Bristleback's Viscous Nasal Goo and Quill Spray both cost 40 mana now(were 30/35). not sure if needed.

Chaos Knight's MS reduced to 315(325). plz no nerf extremely situational and useually weak heroes

Chen's Hand of God cooldown is 140/120/100(160[-20]->120). k

Clockwerk's Hookshot cooldown is now 60/50/40(70/55/40)(still 12 with Aghanim's Scepter).
Clockwerk's INT growth is now 1.8(1.3). YESSSSS, BUFF MEEEE

Crystal Maiden's movespeed is now 295(280). FEMINISM

Disruptor's Kinetic Field manacost is now 85(70). OK THEN

Doom's Doom cooldown is now 120/110/100(100). doom no OP

Dragon Knight's movespeed is now 300(290).
Dragon Knight's Breathe Fire damage is now 100[+80]->340(90[+70]->300). random buffs that dont adress his issues.

Drow Ranger's Marksmanship deactivation radius in now 300(400)
Drow Ranger's AGI growth is now 2.5(was 1.9). WHOOPS I MISREAD, NOTHING TO SEE HERE

Earth Spirit's max Stome Remnant amount is now 5(6). KEEP HANDS OFF ROCKS
Earth Spirit's Boulder Smash target travel speed is now 1000(1200). k

Earthshaker's Fissure cooldown time is now 20(15). dayum isnt that unneeded?

Ember Spirit's Sleight of Fist cooldown is now 24[-5]->9(30[-8]->6). 2/10. sando idea 10/10

Enchantress' STR growth is now 1.4(1). DAT ~7 HP PER LEVEL MORE m9

Enigma's Malefice cooldown time is now 15[-1]->11(15). k

Faceless Void's Backtrack chance is now 11%[+3%]->20%(10%[+5%]->25%). meh

Gyrocopter's Homing Missile now requires 2[+1]->5 hero and 4[+2]->10 hits by towers.
Gyrocopter's Call Down cooldown is 60[-5]->50(55[-5]->45).

Huskar's base AGI is now 22(15). sure

Invoker's Invoke cooldown is now 20[-5]->5(22/17/12/5)

Io's Overcharge attack speed bonus is now 50[+10]->80(40[+10]->70)

Juggernaut's Healing Ward movement speed is now 325(450). jis plz
Juggernaut's Healing Ward now provides gold bounty of 100. not really the best targeted nerfs.

Keeper of the Light's Illuminate now slows movement and attack speed for 5% per second channeled up to 25%. SEMENBLAST 9000 2.0!!!!!

Kunkka's Ghost Ship coodown is now 80[-10]->60(60[-10]->40). kunkka nerf?

Legion Commander's Duel range is now 400(150). dayum dat range. sounds kinda weird
Legion Commander's AGI growth is now 2.2(1.7).

Leshrac's STR growth is now 1.8(.5). GIFF MORE AND MOAR STARTING HP

Luna's starting STR is now 19(15).
Luna's Lucent Beam now grants her 25% bonus attack and movement speed.
Luna's attack range is now 400(330). moving towards OPville?

Lycan's Shapeshift movement speed is now 522(650).

Magnus' Reverse Polarity cooldown is now 90(120[-10]->100)

Meepo's Earthbind range is now 650(500[+250]->1250) OPPPPPEEEEEE
Meepo's Divided We Stand respawn time reduction is now 15%(10%[+10%]->30%)

Morphling's Waveform manacost is now 120(140/155/160/165).

Nature Prophet's Call of Nature treants damage is now 30(21-22). return of prophet, ABANDON OFFLANE JUNGLE FROM START

Necrophos' Reaper's Scythe respawn time penalty is removed.
Necrophos' Reaper's Scythe range is now 400(600). green santa is fiiiiine. well maybe that respawn time but scythe is **** on lvl 1 anyway

Ogre Magi's base armor is now 4(7).
Ogre Magi's Multicast chances for 2/3/4x cast are now:
- 25/35/50% for 2x(40%[+10%]->60%)
- 0/15/25% for 3x(0/20/25%)
- 0/0/10% for 4x(0/0/12.5%) completely unneeded nerfs. was maybe already overnefed

Omniknight's Repel cooldown time is now 25(14).

Oracle's BAT is now 1.6(1.4).
Oracle's False Promise cooldown is now 45(20).
Oracle's Purifying Flames manacost is now 50[+25]->125(55[+15]->100)

Outworld Devourer's Sanity's Eclipse coodown is ow 120(160). yes, more boom.

Phantom Assassin's Phantom Strike now works on spell immune heroes but does not apply attack speed bonus. very nice

Phantom Lancer's Spirit Lance cooldown is now 12(7). but kotl ;_;

Phoenix's Fire Spirit slow now lasts 3 seconds(4). Damage is still applied through full 4 seconds.

Puck's AGI growth is now 2.6(1.7). thatttttts kinda unneeded. and random....

Pudge's movement speed is now 295(285).

Pugna's Life Drain life drain(duh) is now 150[+25]->200(120[+40]->200)
Pugna's Life Drain now gives vision and true sight on target unit.

Queen of Pain's Sonic Wave cooldown time is now 90(135).
Queen of Pain's ppScream of Pain]] cooldown time is now 5(7). sounds nice

Rubick's Fade Bolt manacost is now 100(120[+10]->150).

Sand King's Burrowstrike range is now 300[+100]->600(350[+100]->600).

Shadow Demon's Demonic Purge damage is now 300[+100]->500(200[+100]->400).
Shadow Demin's Demonic Purge now completely ignotres Spell Immunity.

Silencer's STR growth is now 1.6(2.2).
Silencer's Last Word range is now 500(900).
Silencer's Last Word damage is now 100[+50]->250(150[+50]->250).

Skywrath Mage's Ancient Seal range is now 600(700).

Slardar's Bash chance is now 15%[+5%]->30%(10%[+5%]->25%). awwww jis. needs more then simple number adjustments though

Slark's Shadow Dance duration is now 3(4).
Slark's Shadow Dance passive health regeneration is now 3%[+1%]->5%(3%[+2%]->7%).

Spectre's Haunt duration is now 3[+1]->5(5[+1]->7). wat, spectre nerfs?

Sven's Storm Hammer damage is now 100[+50]->250(100[+5]->325). wat, sven nerfs?

Techies' Stasis Trap detonation delay is now 1(2). SANDO WILL LOVE DIS

Templar Assassin's Refraction bonus damage is now 20[+10]->50(20[+20]->80).
Templar Assassin's Meld armor reduction is now 2[+1]->5(2[+2]->8). WHY DO PEOPLE WANNA MAKE HER **** TIER?

Terrorblade's STR growth is now 1.8(.4). he is not OP ;_;

Tidehunter's Kraken Shell damage treshold is now 700(600[-50]->450).

Tibersaw's Timber Chain cooldown is now 8(4). timber isnt that good at all now since his offlane is really weak. and you want to make him garbage tier? rediculous suggestion

Tinker's Laser now deals magic damage. WHY

Tiny's STR growth is now 2.4(3). the problem is IO + tiny not tiny

Treant Protector's BAT is now 1.7.

Troll Warlord's STR growth is now 1.7(2.2).
Troll Warlord's AGI growth is now 2.2(2.75).
Troll Warlord's Whirling Axes(Ranged) range is now 700(900). okaydokey

Tusk's Frozen Sigil no longer provides gold bounty.
Tusk's Ice Shards now stop when they hit a hero.

Ursa's Overpower is no longer dispellable.
Ursa's Overpower cooldown is now 6(10). yes plz

Vengeful Spirit's Wave of Terror AOE is now cone shaped, with same propetries as Crypt Swarm.
Vengeful Spirit's Nether Swap range is now 750/950/1250(650/925/1200).
Vengeful Spirit's movement speed is now 310(295). buffs to the most picked hero in the professional scene. dat logic.

Visage's Soul Assumption damage threshold is now 80(110).

Weaver's INT growth is now 1.3(1.8).

Warlock's Shadow Word duration s now 8(11).
Warlock's Upheaval slow per second is now 5%[+5%]->20%(7%[+7%]->28%).

Witch Doctor's Death Ward cooldown is now 115(80). probably needs minor buffs to other skills after such a nerf.

Wraith King's STR growth is now 2.2(.9). dafuq, why?
Wraith King's Reincarnation cooldown time is now 250[-75]->100(260[-100]->60).

Zeus' Lightning Botl damage is now 100/160/230/300(100/175/275/350).
Zeus' Lightning Bolt cooldown time is now 9(6).
Zeus' Static Field damage is now 3%[+2%]->9%(5%[+2%]->11%) of enemy's current health. LETS NOT THINK THIS THROUGH AND MAKE A FINE HERO ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE.

Abyssal Blade's stun chance for ranged heroes in now 12.5%(10%).

Black King Bar's Avatar duration now capped at 6 seconds, and cooldown on 60 seconds.
Black King Bar's recipe cost is now 1400(1375).

Bloodstone recipe cost is now 500(800).

Desolator's Corruption now reduces armor by 8(7).

Drum of Endurance now has infinite charges.

Ghost Scepter's cost is now 1500(1600). Ethereal Blade's cost is reduced as well.

Heaven's Halberd's Disarm now lasts 4 seconds for all heroes(3 for melee/4.5 for ranged).

Linken's Sphere's cooldown is now 13(17).

Magic Wand's max charges amount is now 20(17). MOST OP ITEM EU

Manta Style now has no handicaps for ranged heroes. for some heroes this buff would be fine, but for some heroes like morphling and terrorblade it means that they will take rax in 3 seconds :P
Manta Stlye's Mirror Image manacost is now 125(165).

Mekansm's Restore now heals for 20% of bearer's max health. DAYUM

Mjollnir's Static Shield duration is now 11(15).

Monkey King Bar's Mini-Bash damage is now 140(100). *gulp*

Pipe of Insight's Barrier duration is now 30(12). yes plz

Rod of Atos' Cripple now roots enemy units for 3 seconds. *prepares anus*

Sange's and Heaven's Halberd's Lesser Maim now has 25% proc chance(15%), and slows movement/attack speed for 30%/30(20%/20).

Sange and Yasha's Greater Maim now has 25% proc chance(16%), and slows movement/attack speed for 25%/25(32%/32).

Shiva's Guard's Freezing Aura attack speed slow is now 65(40). jjjjjjjjikes

Soul Booster now has Pocket Suicide active with same propertries as Bloodstone's Pocket Suicide.

Tranquil Boots Break cooldown is now 10(13).

Vanguard and Crimson Guard now block 50/25 damage for melee/ranged wielder respectively(40/20).
