Scepter Bonus Cast Range: 350
Damage: 80 / 160 / 240 / 320

Increases cast range and transports Sven along the storm hammer. Storm Bolt applies a Dispel on the target. Storm Hammer can be autocasted, if enabled, Sven does not travel with the Storm Hammer.Damage is increased by 180 if Sven travels with the Storm Hammer.
Mana Cost: 110 / 115 / 120 / 125 Cooldown Time: 21 / 18 / 15 / 12
Additional Information
Only blocked if target on holder.
