Huskar's Inner Fire, and KOTL's Will-O-Wisp still uses the icons from their old abilities. There could be more un-updated icons from the 7.20 change, but I only found these two with my quick scan around.

On a related note: KOTL still has Mana Leak, Recall, and Illuminate (Spirit Form) as part of hidden set of abilities. They were removed so we shouldn't see them there now, right?

More : Sange and Yasha, and Kaya and Sange icons remains not updated from the now current colors.
I mostly just do hero/item concepts stuffs.
