It has been said in the game of basketball that that defense is great for creating offensive opportunities but if you don't score more often then not when those opportunities come about then you're still going to lose.

In dota 2, the intelligence class has the least amount of durables, but that is also a double edged sword to them because when you lack durability, you lack RELIABLE push. When someone steals the ball in basketball, that usually means a speed break in to a slam dunk... reliably scored points. What ever pushing element there is of the intelligence class is risky, and intel heroes in general aren't really known for their pushing which means they should be more known for their catching.

Catching is reacting to enemy pushes in effort to work with your tower and get the most out of its offensive output. But let us lay out the inconveniences of the intelligence hero first....
-Good at finishing enemies off, but that's kill stealing
-Good at harassment really only if they have the mana, but not good at follow through (more risk taking)
-Ok at pushing but once again, mostly risky

This narrows the key role of the intel hero down to catching in terms of reliability, but catching like this is only useful early game because towers don't progress.

I say, if an intel hero really does take all the risk at whittling the opponents hp down with dive nuking then towers should just do more damage against opponents that are missing the most hp.... and kill credit from a tower should just go to the whole team if it doesn't already.

The point also is, when a nuker does a good job a filling the role of nuking but then dies, and the opponent sits there but doesn't decide to recover his life pool.... he should be penalized for not doing so and not being able to push as well in the meantime might be the best consequence.

And who are the heroes best for Pushing? I'm asking seriously, I'm just beginning.
Do Ishould buy it like poe currency in Path of Exile or what?
My only experience with mmo trading is from poe and poe currency trading.
Can you teach me? Where can I buy poe currency and I want to have higher tower damage.
So, hwo to use poe currency? teach me pls
Path of Exile is a very complex game where there are many possibilities and different paths of development and improvements. If you ask where best to buy PoE Currency, the answer is simple, I buy orbs in this store buy poe currency

On the game client, go to the heroes tab and click "Pusher". All heroes that can push well will be highlighted. But since you're asking for the best, go with Pushers that have 3 of those 'rectangle things' that denotes their proficiency at pushing. For convenience here, I'll round down what I think is best.

Nature's Prophet. The hero whose sole purpose is to push. And he can do it GLOBALLY. He has summons that greatly help his push. He has Teleportation to just go anywhere in the map and continue pushing the other lanes if the lane he's currently in is heavily guarded. And his ult Wrath of Nature has the potential to clear entire creepwaves on the map. Pushing all three lanes at once.

Dragon Knight. A strong pusher that can corrode buildings in his Elder Dragon Form. Breathe Fire clears creep waves as well. Extremely durable and one of the easiest heroes to learn.

Jakiro. All his spells are AoE, and he rarely runs out of mana. Good for constant push. Liquid Fire damages and greatly slows building's attack speed, leaving your own creeps mostly unharmed. Unlike the first two, this hero is a support.

Troll Warlord, Drow Ranger, Terrorblade are all Agi carries that can quickly melt towers if farmed enough.
