Yeah, because so many of them really needs levels, they are going to be starving for levels. You might want to pick level independent heroes, give your cores more farm.

Or heroes that are strong right out of the gate. Win early game soundly and make them play catch up all game.

Ultimately I wouldn't wanna have a full 5v5 teamfight against this team, however, some of them are incredibly squishy throughout the game: Enigma, Ancient Apparition. Also all of them are not only item, but are also level and ability dependant.

Doom Bringer (jungle, semi-carry) can counter-initiate the fight with Doom on Enigma as it's the most dangerous AoE disable in the team that goes through BkB. Also getting ahead with gold and XP and crushing AA and Enigma with his massive damage. Items: BKB, Blink Dagger/Shadow Blade, Vladmimir's Offering, Aghanim's Scepter, Phase Boots/ Arcane Boots, Refresher Orb/ Radiance

Death Prophet (mid, pusher) can force the other team to flee if she activates her ult in time, damage is physical, so crushes them easily with their puny 1000-1500 HP. Fast push mid, forcing them to defend, kills the entire point of massive teamfight potential. Items: BKB, Phase Boots, Eul's Scepter of Divinity, Bloodstone/Dagon.

Rubick (roamer, support, safe lane) inbuilt magical damage resistance will help the team to survive all the damage from enemy ults and skills. As they don't have much physical damage anyway, Fade Bolt kills their chances to deal damage. Telekenesis disables one of them to pick them off, e.g. Earthshaker, Magnus to reduce their teamfight potential and if any of the f*ck up and let Rubick steal at least one of their ults, it goes against them. Items: Aghanim's Scepter, Blink Dagger/ Force Staff, Mekansm, Pipe of Insight, Arcane Boots.

Dragon Knight (offlane, pusher, semi-carry) crushes squishy heroes like Enigma and AA, 3.25 second stun on any of them, kills their teamfight capability. With his ult, fast pusher, who can bring at least two towers down if teamfight is won. Very tanky and a good nuke. Items: BKB, Armlet of Mordiggan, Desolator, Power Treads, Assault Cuirass.

Disruptor or Silencer (support, semi-carry if Silencer, roamer, safe lane) their ults will basically destroy the other team. Disruptor can also keep them in one place, while Silencer deals a massive amount of damage. Items: Power Treads/ Arcane Boots, Scythe of Vyse, Aghanim's Scepter, Shiva's Guard.

The way I would play it would be avoid teamfights early by playing defensive and if it breaks out cast Global Silence. Let Doom farm a bit and when he gets Vlad's try to Roshan. Split push whenever the other team gathers up and try to Crowd Controll Enigma, Tidehunter and Magnus as they are more dangerous initiators. Get BKB's 2-3rd item and then we can fight. Doom with Refresher can take care of Black Hole and Ravage, also making Tidehunter squishy. And if we have wards, the other team can't do anything, they don't have a carry :D
