Who has the best aghs upgrade?

I assume what you're after is who has the highest (Ult's power with Agh's)/(Ult's power without Agh's)--ratio. Here are some suggestions (my opinionated/actual ratio):

Treant Protector -- Overgrowth (5) Obviously the best.
Windranger -- Focus Fire (3)
Witch Doctor -- Death Ward (2.5)
Huskar -- Life Break (2.5)
Chen -- Hand of God and Holy Persuasion (2.5)
Warlock -- Chaotic Offering (2)
Pugna -- Life Drain (2)
Clockwerk -- Hookshot (2)
Timbersaw -- Chakram (2)
Tiny -- Grow (2)
Ancient Apparition -- Ice Blast (2-1.7)
Necrophos -- Reaper's Scythe (1.8)
Shadow Shaman -- Mass Serpent Ward (1.75)
Invoker -- Invoke (1.75)
Omniknight -- Guardian Angel (1.75)
Earthshaker -- Echo Slam (1.75)
Rubick -- Spell Steal (1.5)

Voker and Rubick effectiveness of Aghs upgrade really depends on the player's skills. I think those two are the ones whose impact relies mostly on the player's skill.

Windranger Agh's is pretty awesome, imo.

Aghs is better on more heroes than it is bad on, so we got an interesting inverse shape going on here.

Now that outworld devourer and Puck got their Aghs fixed to decent level, Luna is the worst Aghs in the game now. Sand King is pretty bad but not garbage tier.

I'd go with Treant Protector for best Aghs. Infinite free wards on a 25 second cooldown...800 damage...and free farm...OP :)

Personally, I am not a fan of Skywrath Mage's scepter upgrade simply because it's pointless to me. 0 second cooldown seems nice and all... until you take into account that a level 3 Mystic Flare costs 800 mana, meaning that you might be able to get 2 or 3 ultis off in a team fight, so as long as you don't use any other spells (since skywrath usually sits around 1800-2000 mana at max level, if he get the right items). So yeah, Dragonus scepter is more of a gimmick to me.

You mean offlane tree, Tide style. And I thought about Aghs rush tree when the patch came out, back when people were flaming me for not going blink so fak you ;)

He can get tons of farm with early aghs but the only issue is that the hero doesn't scale that well with farm. Refresher Orb, Blink Dagger, and there the hero is pretty much maxed out. Of course you can go shivas/halberd/sheep/blademail and stuff but it's not that impactful. There is no such thing as right-click tree and no matter how you play him he's essentially a walking ult.

So yeah play him as the new tide and go **** up the last hits of the enemy safe lane with your 100 base damage.



It's a stupidly good late game item, but only if you play Sky as a solo mid not a support.
Blink Dagger -> Scythe of Vyse -> triple Mystic Flare in the face = solo kill anyone even if he's an antimage with a hood :)

If there's another crazy CM one of these days I'm farming safe lane with Skywrath, so legit actually.
