I would personally get it after Assault Cuirass or even Scythe of Vyse. Not saying it's not good, but it's quite situational.

I want to say Crystal Maiden, but the two heroes I build aghs on so much are Lina and Windranger.

950 pure damage at 900(?) range? Sign me up for that!

Max attack speed with 0%(!!!) damage reduction on a 15 second cooldown? Hell yes!
