Actually you could try this with pugna's , and any other nukers and the targeted hero will just be completely destroyed, if he hasn't god BKB

This, but orbs dont stack and it viper cant use it with his orb.
This got me my all time assist of 34 as veno, almost 4 rampages that game.

Bristleback and ommniknight. You can get a doublekill at level 1 with this.
Level spikes and heal, let bristle soften them up with some spikes, and after maybe 2, walk towards them, but dont direct attack becouse you will get creep aggro. Then let ommni heal you, and anyone who got hit by the heal is dead.
