Hey guys, here's my votes, sorry if my voting system is odd, but I find it fairer if I score the heroes' Practicality and Creativity based on each skill, and an overall view (including lore, stats, etc.) since doing that would justify my score more precisely. I'm sorry if I give harsh scores or you're not satisfied, I try to be as objective as possible.

Sando

Clionadh - Dryad Assassin | Total Score: 32/40

Practicality
13/15

Q: 2/3 | Generally a balanced skill, I can actually see it in dota since it resembles Leech Seed a lot. However, the skill seems to be too weak, especially early on. The enormous cooldown really kills the skill, IMO
W: 3/3 | Nicely-balanced, despite its many utilities, the short cast range and comparatively long cooldown compared to other mobility skills balances the skill
E: 3/3 | Well-balanced, kinda like a weaker version of Cloak and Dagger but with a crystalis-level critical, i think it balances itself out
R: 3/3 | It was tricky, but despite the crazy durability effect and essentially a 4 seconds disable, I think the skill is cleverly balanced due to the fact that she is muted for the 4 seconds duration and costs a lot of MP. I think it's abusable with high movement speed though
Overall: 2/3 | You did a great job balancing her (I know the pain it must have been trying to get a right number for her ult), but the fact that she is supposed to be a snowballing ganker is absolutely hindered with her ridiculous 33-39 base dmg, and how each skill is just horrendous at early levels. I think she'd need some early game buff or early-game-favored scaling to actually manage to kill her opponents

Creativity
10/15

Q: 1/3 | Sorry, but I just can't get over how it is so alike to Leech Seed.
W: 3/3 | I love this skill, a lot. The multi-functionality opens up possibilities and I do think dota needs more multi-function skills.
E: 1/3 | Again, sorry, but it feels too much like nature's guise for me
R: 3/3 | This skill takes the cake for originality though, absolutely love the idea that you "merge" with another hero!
Overall: 2/3 | Although the idea of yet another nature-based hero is not new (even as assassin, dark elves?) and the lore depicting a common mythical being sighting scene, I do enjoy the nice combination of self-healing/assassin/man-eating-plant-thing.

Beauty
5/5
Nothing much I can say, it's really pretty and tidy, I especially like how changing the hue of existing dota icons seems to make this hero belongs in dota.

Personal
4/5
Obvious effort and job well done! Sorry to nitpick, but I can't help thinking that the E just feels too much like Nature's Guise and Q like Leech Seed, making me restrain from giving the perfect score.

Bunkansee

Soulweaver's Pouch | Total Score: 28/40

Practicality
10/15
Main reason that I find the item to be too good for its cost is the fact that it reduces 20% damage (albeit from the front only). That is better than a level 1 Bristleback! On top of that, it also heals like Urn of Shadows, but with much easier prerequisites to heal (200/400/500) HP. When urn requires your team to kill an enemy hero, this skill only need you to tank NC (although the 100 MP cost is really high for an item)! The drawback is pretty much negligible (only 30/60/80) damage for the effect it gives and the stats. I think the item should have either a reduced reduction, harsher penalty, or be more expensive (which would be more sensible, since this should be mid-game item due to the 20% damage reduction). I personally think that this item should be a mid-game upgrade of Urn of Shadows, not another item

Creativity
11/15
I'm divided on this. In one hand, the idea to make an item that rewards man-fighting is really creative, however the active effect is just a better Urn of Shadows. I sway in favor of the passive, as well as additional points because of the creative way you make the drawback of the item.

Beauty
3/5
You barely did any formatting, and sorry, I personally hate center-allignment on long texts. But then again, you at least put a picture, so you got an extra point lol

Personal
4/5
I actually like this item, or at least the premise of it, if only you made this item as an upgrade to Urn of Shadows, I'd give you a perfect score.

Blubbles

Scale of the Goddess | Total Score: 26/40

Practicality
7/15
There are several things that irk me with this item. The Judged duration is seriously unneeded, and the damage boost/reduction is just way too long. I can't be certain about the amount without testing it, but I think it's slightly too low, especially since the enemies will know whether they are under attention or not. Then, the stats are seriously good, a bit too good even. You gain 10 armor, 5% magic resist and 20 damage for free!

Creativity
12/15
I'd say that we need more "snowball-reversal" factors in this game (I might be biased on this)

Beauty
2/5
Sorry, but you don't even bother to put a concept image, and just do minimal formatting. You can do better than this.

Personal
5/5
I don't want to be impartial, but... this item is just so much like what I wanted to do with my item (Martyr's Cross), and has the same concept as my hero. So... you took my heart away.

Terathiel

Eleusis, the Void Haunter | Total Score: 31/40

Practicality
9/15

Q:1/3 | The duration is absolutely long! And to no real point, really. I'm thinking that the skill would be super disruptive in a teamfight, but why should it last 18 seconds? To balance the long cooldown? Why that long of a cooldown in first place? And I think increasing the radius actually weaken it, not strengthen it, since it makes it harder for enemy heroes to be isolated. This skill is just too underwhelming, and levelling it will just weaken it
W:1/3 | Blink Strike that deals 315 damage and purge yourself, usable without any target (making it an impressive escape skill as well)... Granted, the cooldown is longer than most mobility skills, but 8 seconds cooldown is still really short, and all that for only 90 MP? Too strong, man
E:2/3 | I'd say this skill is strangely balanced, but then again there is no point in levelling this skill past level 1 (come on, 1%?)
R:2/3 | This skill is terribly overpowered in some cases, while being terribly underpowered in others... I guess it kinda balances itself out?
Overall: 3/3 | As a whole, the hero spins together nicely, having fully sinergistic skills that benefits his role, good job despite the individual skills' flaws

Creativity
14/15

Q:3/3 | Great job!
W:2/3 | An interesting twist to a mobility skill, but then again, we've seen lots of these kinds of skill in other concept, making it less creative than the other skills
E:3/3 | Albeit similar to Essence Shift, the vision play is a much-needed creativity in dota
R:3/3 | Definitely the most creative skill between all the heroes I judged
Overall:3/3 | I especially love how you started the idea with a beautiful lore based on the "new fundamental" thing, impressive!

Beauty
2/5
Well... you don't even bother putting any image or anything... Decently formatted though

Personal
5/5
I might be biased (well, I am), but I've always loved heroes with connection to vision-affecting (thus, Varkoth). Also, I absolutely love the lore because of its connection to dota world and real world

michimatsch

Wahlkrin Grosetaginkei vin Krein | Total Score: 25/40

Practicality
8/15

Q:1/3 | You didn’t specify the maximum bond range, cool down, or stuffs like that. This skill can only be between super OP or super weak, especially with the 40 seconds maximum duration, the things you put in spoiler is absolutely true, and you should have probably thought about it more.
W:1/3 | Despite how it would have been an amazing lane-support skill with lower cooldown, you opted to make this skill has 60 (!!) seconds cooldown, making it more like Infest than a support skill, which doesn’t help this hero.
E:3/3 | The most balanced (or at least, seems like it can fit right into data game) skill in your kit.
R: 1/3 | This is the ultimate, yes? Honestly… terribly weak. A 5 seconds banish is just useless (even Astral Imprisonment does 4 seconds banish). Also, you don’t specify cooldown, damage reduction duration, etc.
Overall: 2/3 | Thing is, this hero lacks skills synergy. What’s the point of having a skill that copies buffs if none of your skills are single-target buff? What’s this hero supposed to be? She’s a hero without any offensive skill (disable/slow/etc.), and terrible lane support since the [W] has 60 seconds cooldown. Nonetheless, as an idea, the hero seems definitely plausible, especially if we focus on the [E]

Creativity
12/15

Q:3/3 | A skill that copies buffs sure is interesting, in fact, you can probably create another hero that resolves around this skill (if not, can I? :p)
W:3/3 | This is a really creative alternative to Tether, even if it’s actually similar to both Tether and Infest, the skill itself is very different from either of them.
E:3/3 | A mana battery other than Keeper of the Light is actually much needed, and this is a non-conventional way to make one, well done
R:1/3 | This skill is by far the least original skill of your other skills, it’s just Astral Imprisonment with extended duration, and a negligible effect at the end of it.
Overall:2/3 | As a whole, the idea is not exactly new, a (spirit/angel/cupid/priestess/whatever) that supports merely by being there, with a spirit of peace and all. However, I like how this hero seems to bring a whole new gameplay to the game.

Beauty
2/5
Same as others… no apparent effort in formatting, you don’t even bother using a picture. Sorry

Personal
3/5
Sorry dude, it’s just that I’m not a fan of foreign language as hero/skills names, and a hero based on love is just… not my favourite, let’s keep it at that. Still, not a bad hero by any means, just not my cup of tea.

Sando
Clionadh, the Dryad Assassin

Practicality
8
I think the hero is quite balanced overall, but her second skill is pre-nerf Geomagnetic Grip usable on enemies. Maybe it is balanced from the cast range, but with such low duration and with a root it could use some tweakings (I don't think the nearby tree requirement is enough). Other than this the hero is quite balanced.

Creativity
7
Most if not all of the abilities are very similar to existing abilities. Poison Thorn is rooftrelen's life leech, passive is treant's and BH's invis. I'll consider the second skill to be

Beauty
5
Well formatted

Personal
4
Sounds like a really fun hero to play even though need some balancing

24/40

Bunkansee
Soulweaver's Pouch

Practicality
7
The buildup with strength items is pretty cool but the item itself is impractical. The passive ability would do a lot of harm while the active I feel is too chaotic, not to mention you need to practically take 1250 damage as a support before you can use the max healing/damage. I think with some tweaks in the numbers and removing the passive/ damage absorb component would make the item somewhat viable.

Creativity
10
Idea is pretty fresh, though it reminds me of Urn of Shadows

Beauty
5
There's a pic! And tidy texts.

Personal
2
Idea doesn't really stuck with me (maybe because I did the same quest, sorry)

24/40

Blubbles
Scale of the Goddess

Practicality
13
This item is definitely buyable for a carry with the stats. The active is powerful and definitely viable BUT I dislike the 1 second judgement duration, I don't think that is needed. Also the cooldown could be reduced.

Creativity
12
Idea is pretty fresh, and I liked that your new item is using an armor+magic resist component

Beauty
4
Good to look at

Personal
4
I like it, idea really stuck with me

33/40

Terathiel
Eleusis, the Void Haunter

Pracicality
11
Dead Zone is pretty interesting and I could see it working during high ground sieges or roshan attemp. Dark matter is very cool BUT it is pretty much Waveform with waay less mana cost and has a dispel (though smaller radius). The passive Is probably the least useful of the kit. 11% is like 180 or 80 reduced by a bit, so the reduced vision isn't very useful and you would end up wasting 4 levels for up to around 50 magical damage per attack (which'll result about 37 after 25% reductions). Would play it offlane instead of carry. Lastly the ulti is veery cool but using this would be very easy to guess. This is pretty much a Smoke of Deceit, except you can't see the enemy use smoke (though the mind games are somewhat interesting). Night vision is also cool.

Creativity
12
Super cool I loved the interactions. Reducing vision is pretty cool and the ultimate is felt really fresh.

Beauty
3
Good but no icons/pics smh and could use a little tweak

Personal
5
I always wanted a vision reducing abilities, and I really liked the idea though for the theming I would prefer something less deep/more common

31/40

Michimatsch
Wahlkrin Grosetaginkei vin Krein

Practicality
7
Sharing buffs between two cores sounds imbalanced in my opinion. Think Satanic, Shallow Grave, False Promise, Overpower, Enrage. Other than this she is quite balanced though could use some tweaks. Also you didn't mention her attributes.

Creativity
10
She definitely has an Io vibe with her abilities, and sharing buffs is something I believe I have seen before. The ultimate, being a single target banish for a long duration is quite fresh however

Beauty
3
Good but could be improved

Personal
3
Idea doesn't really stuck with me but I REALLY liked the ultimate

Sando: Clionadh - Dryad Assassin

Practicality: 10/15

This is pretty balanced for the most part: though I think Tangled Vines and Blade of the Everglade do a bit too much for one ability: Tangled Vines is an Aghanim's Scepter upgraded Geomagnetic Grip that can also be Timber Chain that can also be Pit of Malice. After typing this, I actually knocked another point off because wow. WOW. It's really good, especially to have 33% uptime and only cost 60 mana. Blade of the Everglade isn't quite as bad, but the fact that it's a passive crit that's 100% when breaking invisibility AND allows the usage of spells without breaking cover seems a bit much.

Creativity: 12/15

The combination of abilities is unique and I enjoy the hero's concept overall, but there's an awful lot of Treant Protector in these abilities. Just saying.

Beauty: 5/5

I would give six points to this category if I could, because yeah. This is the best formatted entry I've looked at.

Personal: 5/5

Because I couldn't give you more in the beauty category.

Final Score: 32/40

Bunkansee: Soulweaver's Pouch

Practicality: 9/15

This item is great and I don't have an issue with the numbers on it too much: but it's extremely punishing on heroes who lack mobility to get behind the caster, and is almost broken on heroes with extremely high turn rates. The 20% reduction to ALL damage is crazy good too: the one number I have issue with. The stats this gives are also crazy good for the price. Not poorly designed by any stretch, though.

Creativity: 15/15

Honestly, a much better usage of the prompt than anything I could've come up with. Extremely well done to fit the theme literally from a gameplay mechanic standpoint.

Beauty: 4/5

Minor deductions for the formatting pet peeves: some color to separate out the effects from the description would have been nice.

Personal: 5/5

Because all in all I like it a lot.

Final Score: 33/40

Blubbles: Scale of the Goddess

Practicality: 10/15

This is slightly imbalanced as you suggested, but I don't think it's for the reasons you think it is. The active is actually incredibly balanced, in my opinion: you can counterplay the item if you're an enemy by simply not attacking during the duration of the goddess' attention, which makes the item at best a soft 3 second disarm and 1 second disable on an 120 second cooldown: that cooldown might be too long, actually, especially considering how expensive the item is.

If anything, I think just how much extra this item provides in terms of passive stats is what's imbalanced about it: +20 damage, +10 armor, and +5% magic resist for free, with no need of recipe! Makes up for the active being a little underwhelming in its current state, though.

Creativity: 12/15

Quite creative overall in my opinion, but I think you possible could have worked some of the prompt words into it a little better: 'cross' and 'length' are in the flavor text, sure, but their relationship to the actual item is a bit tenuous in my opinion.

Beauty: 5/5

Yep. Good work. This is what I like to see.

Personal: 5/5

Because I've got no reason not to give it full marks here.

Final Score: 32/40

Terathiel: Eleusis, the Void Haunter

Practicality: 9/15

Played as a carry, this guy's damage steroid is incredibly underwhelming: his passive does something like 50 extra damage to enemy heroes during the daytime, and considerably less at night: the base damage increase at night seems designed to compensate for this, but that in itself seems out of place on a hero that doesn't interact with time of day any other way.

His other abilities are... kind of broken to make up for this though. A short ranged blink every 8 seconds that can be used while stunned... yeah, sign me up, oh... it does damage too? Sweet. Disabling the minimap for 20 seconds is also insanely strong: I like the idea, but I think it needs some kind of downside to be fully balanced.

Creativity: 15/15

All that being said, the core concepts behind this hero are outstanding, and not a single ability you've created feels like a different hero's ability with just a few minor tweaks: everything is thoroughly unique and fits the concept to a tee.

Beauty: 4/5

Recurring theme here, I know, but while this is laid out well enough: a little color to break things out would have been most appreciated.

Personal: 5/5

Dark Matter is a great answer to this prompt and an astronomy geek, I most appreciated it.

Final Score: 33/40

Michimatsch: Wahlkrin Grosetaginkei vin Krein

Practicality: 7/15

You yourself mentioned how broken Holy Bond can be in certain situations, but the real kicker for me is Drem: if I'm reading this correctly, it's an 8 second banish on an enemy hero? That's... crazy. Yeah.

Creativity: 10/15

Good overall, but in general it feels a little bit like a combination of Io and Lifestealer.

Beauty: 3/5

The sections may be separated by color well enough, but all in all this entry was very difficult to read.

Personal: 5/5

For picking love like I did!

Final Score: 25/40

Okay, so here goes my votes.

Dryad Assassin

(Sando)

Practicality: 13/15
Wow!! I can actually see this on DOTA. That, I guess, is saying enough.
Creativity: 12/15
Some abilities still seems like close to existing abilities. The lore could have been a little shorter.
Beauty: 5/5
Best formatted by a mile.
Personal: 5/5
Well formatted, fresh idea, nicely balanced.
Total: 35/40

Soulweaver's Pouch

(Bunkansee)

Practicality: 11/15
A second late, and the ally/enemy turns and this item deals damage instead of healing. That is what I have a bit of problem with.
Creativity: 10/15
Feels like Urn of Shadows and a front version Bristleback moulded together, but for an item the idea is nice.
Beauty: 3/5
Centered formatting seems very weird to read. Still, it has a picture.
Personal: 4/5
I like heroes who manfight, and would always love to see items that help that, in early to mid game.
Total: 28/40

Scale of the Goddess

(Blubbles)

Practicality: 10/15
A little too OP for my liking. Anti-snowball, yes, but with all the farm that you do, a simple item that reverses all that to break the GODLIKE streak is a little too much.
Creativity: 14/15
The use of the lore for the given words is something I totally love. And the idea is pretty nice.
Beauty: 4/5
Nice, but lacks the oh-so-cool picture.
Personal: 4/5
Well, my hero has quite a similar ultimate, damage return instead of damage reduction, and that part I am a little biased.
Total: 32/40

Void Haunter

(Terathiel)

Practicality: 9/15
I really don't like the ultimate that much. And the first skill is too much duration, and consequently too much manacost.
Creativity: 13/15
I may not like the ultimate that much, but that is an awesome idea altogether. Same goes for all the abilities, but could have been better if his(her?/its?) W was a little different than Q.
Beauty: 4/5
No picture but nicely formatted.
Personal: 3/5
As someone who controls dark matter, I would have liked him having a well-crafted proper stun/silence (that kind of stops the target hero's control over matter and the Void Haunter controls the hero's inner dark matter to silence/stun him, something that goes with the SciFi theme of the hero, instead of him having two similar abilities) which makes him more practical too, in my opinion.
Total: 29/40

Wahlkrin Grosetaginkei vin Krein

(Michimatsch)

Practicality: 7/15
No cooldown on Q, no cooldown on Ult. No stats. 60 second cooldown on W is insane in early game.
Creativity: 12/15
Nicely crafted idea for the hero and the abilities, but too long lore.
Beauty: 3/5
No picture. Could have been better formatted.
Personal: 4/5
While the hero is still very much incomplete, I like the way it is shaping up.
Total: 26/40
