I would feel going Max Geomagnetic Grip & Rolling Boulder (2121 Skill order @ Lvl 6), but leaving Boulder Smash at level 2 for landing a roll (Tip: Turn auto-attack OFF, you need to position with the stone most of the time).

For the fact stated in Magnetize:

"If an enemy hero is affected by silence or slows as a result of Rolling Boulder or Geomagnetic Grip, all magnetized heroes share the effects."

The reason is you can actually maximize the efficiency of slows + silences spreading via Magnetize; start spreading the effect with exploding Stone Remnant followed by Geomagnetic Grip. Low cooldown from Rolling Boulder can constantly slows while refreshing Magnetize, along with any target that is affected with.

Blink Dagger -> Enchant remnant -> Geomagnetic Grip -> Boulder Smash.

You jump in the middle of the enemy team, you grab a key enemy hero, and kick him in the middle of your own team.

It's like Batrider's lasso, but better.

saying Enchant Remnant is bad is simply underestimating and arrogant. imagine the possibilities:

-you can save allies with Geomagnetic Grip plus enchant, adding the speed of pull and invulnerability
-you can push/pull your enemies, making it an OP Meat Hook of some sort
-counters Chronosphere, enchant void->pull->push/wait to wear off->kill
-a deep pool of utilities

in fact, geogrip is about saving allies and repositioning. if you can use it on enemies, i dont know what's more OP than this.

Crimson Guard is a terrible late game item, really. like Mekansm, it doesnt scale very well. if you are saying this item is a luxury LATE game item, then you gotta learn some more. you should get it quick if you want to buy it, as getting a plain Vanguard provides no utility whatsoever to your team: which is what Earth Spirit is all about.

Thank you all for your opinions, I respect them deeply. I have added more to the Enchant Remnant section explaining as to why I value Scythe over Scepter. I have also added Aghanim's to the optional items section and backed up my position there. If others believe that Aghanim's is a strong item to buy, then I must have overlooked something and will go back and do some research. I am not fully denying the viability of Aghanim's as of yet, but am not convinced that it is truly a core item that should be built every game either. Again, thanks for sharing your opinions! I have tried to open up my mind to new ideas thanks to the heplful insight.

You do realize that you can cast Enchant Remnant on enemies, right? And kick them 2000 units away? This might have some uses.

Quoted:
After purchasing an Aghanim's Scepter you get this trash ability. Why would you even want to turn your allies into Stone Remnants? They become invulnerable to damage for three seconds, but are also unable to contribute to your team whatsoever over that duration of time. Not an ability that you should even take into consideration when thinking about Earth Spirit, unless you want to troll your team or something.

You can't impossible have read many of the other Earth spirit guides, with a statement like this... The Aghanim's Scepter upgrade is one of the most overpowered scepter upgrade out there. Please take a look at this guide for further elaboration Guide

This is good for what it is right now, but I would really like to see a gameplay section. your description of the moves and how to use them is great, but where do i lane Earth Spirit? Is a tri-lane hero? what do i do in certain situations? DO i prioritize using Geomagnetic Grip to save a team mate, or do i let them die and use Boulder Smash to get a kill?

Also, the part on the aghs upgrade skill, that doesn't only work on team mates does it? I though it worked on enemies too, so if faceless void Chronospheres your team but not you, you can make him useless by turning him to stone, pulling him out of his chrono with Geomagnetic Grip and then Boulder Smashing him far away.

Thanks for the feedback! I accidentally posted my guide early without applying the finishing touches, but was able to make some more adjustments to my guide due to your helpful insight. I will continue to improve upon this guide as time goes on with the assistance of thoughtful people such as yourself.
