The whole point of picking Ursa is that you have a carry that comes online at the 8 minute mark with a naked blink.

If you want a carry that comes online at the 17 minute mark, there are far, far better heroes to pick instead.

Ursa doesn't care about any of the above excluding hex, and it is only available to 2 pos 5 heroes that don't even max it so it's like 2-3 seconds duration at best.

If you think Enrage bails you out, you are so wrong. And I wonder which heroes is Ursa more prone to blink onto - the Pos #1 or the #5 in the early game? Exactly, just like with Templar Assassin, you take out the back line first.

The giant enraged bear jumps in front of you and Earthshocks you. Good luck, you win 2 seconds during which you are slowed if you have a stun, you are dead if you have a slow or a purge. Hex is the only problem.

Why if you are worried about being kited on Ursa would you buy more damage on him to try and mitigate that early on? He doesn't lack damage; He's a physical burst hero.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

But the amount of tools to kite you will only increase as the game gets later and later, and supports get more and more farm.

So Maelstrom doesn't help deal with the issue there.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.
