what does Slark Dark Pact dis-spell and what doesnt it?

what does Abaddon Aphotic Shield dis-spell and what doesnt it?

what other heroes have a debuff/dis-spell like the ones above?

what does Purge get rid of? and what doesnt it?

It's pretty clearly explained here.

There are 2 types of dispels, normal dispels like Diffusal Blade that dispel some buffs and debuffs (detailed list in link), and strong dispels that dispel pretty much everything including stuns.

Dark Pact and Aphotic Shield are strong dispels, so they dispel essentially everything except very few exceptions like Doom.

i have pacted out of x marks the spot though i did it many many times in game.

have they changed some of these?

you can pact out of nightmare and abyssal blade and fiends grip? this is not shown?

quick question to all that read this...

if i am solo against a solo laner i go 1 point in leap then 2 points in essence shift... then max pounce and dark pact.

do you agree?

EDIT: Thought I'd answer your question more thoroughly, there are two types of dispells, strong ones and basic ones. Dark Pact is considered a strong dispell and dispells more skills that a basic dispell. However there are still a large amount of spells that can't be dispelled by it.
Ice Blast cannot be dispelled.
Duel cannot be dispelled.
Reaper's Scythe cannot be dispelled.

Surprisingly enough, apparently strong dispells CAN dispell Borrowed Time, or at least it isn't in the list of "cannot be dispelled"


You can't purge Borrowed Time I think.

There's also Tornado and Eul's Scepter of Divinity to consider, that's where Dispels get complicated 8{(

Grimorium's guide lists everything that Tornado Dispels.

I'm thinking of making a Eul's Scepter of Divinity Guide since it's probably the most complicated Item in the game, but basically, it will Dispel certain Buffs from enemies or certain Debuffs from you. It never removes a Buff from you, or a Debuff from your opponents.

Also noone understands why it's such a good Item in almost every Situation. T-T
