legion comander every time she gets a kill with agh's she reduces the cooldown of Duel by 5seconds (would stop at 10secs?) makes her an even harder snowballer.

Here's few i tought.

Riki
1st

Blink Strike charge recharge time to 20 seconds
Blink Strike charges from 4/5/6 to 5/6/7
Blink Strike now slows the target for 30% movements speed for 2 seconds

2nd

Smoke Screen has now 2 charges. A charge takes 11 seconds to recharge
Backstab AGI to damage from 0.5/0.75/1/1.25 to 0.75/1/1.25/1.5
Permanent invisibility HP regen from 4/5/6/7 to 5% of your max HP per second

3rd

Buy aghanim's on Riki crashes dota and deletes system 32 from your computer.

Legion Commander
1st

Duel now disables the enemy hero's passives

2nd

When duel start Legion Commander instatly applies Press the Attack on herself. (Stacks with Press the Attack)
Also increases Duel range.

Axe

Getting a kill with Culling Blade refreshes all your skills cooldowns.

Centaur Warrunner

Enemy heroes can now be affected with multiple Stampedes


I know that Axe already has a aghs upgrade but i wanted to buff it a little bit :D

Lone Druid Summon Spirit Bear-Able to attack regardless of distance. True Form Return Grants new ability to summon yourself near Spirit Bear's location.
That's very cool, but still doesn't solves Lone Druid's highly kitable problem, so there is no reason to build Aghanim's Scepter if you can't attack anyone.

Meepo-You can now put 1 item to each of your Meepo's inventories.
That's OP IMO, basically you build Hand of Midas on every Meepos and rolling in cash.

Techies New F Ability - Sticky Bombs. Throw them at enemies or Place them on the ground. On contact, the bombs will remain jammed onto the enemy until detonated. The carrier takes 50% damage but surrounding units will take the full blow. The sticky bombs have a wide explosion radius.
Damage? AoE? Delay before detonation? Cooldown? Mana Cost? If none of these are given I can't comment on your skill.

Phoenix Supernova-Heals Surrounding allies
IMO she can just build a Mekansm

Does the kill counts on killing creep? If so she is a terrifying snowballer, 18/36 damage every minutes is no joke. If the kill counts only on killing hero, then it is too UP.

Very horrifying late game presence, I like it.

More upgrades can be added on top of this, IMO only evasion is needed to be disabled, so getting a MKB is much better than getting an Agh. Critical strike? Blade Mail *****!

2nd

Somewhat weak, how long is the improved range?

Axe

Getting a kill with Culling Blade refreshes all your skills cooldowns.
I know that Axe already has a aghs upgrade but i wanted to buff it a little bit :D
In addition to current upgrade? Nuuuuu, volvo y?

Good point. How about this

Meepo If one of the duplicates is killed, other meepos will not die. Instead, they'll lose 20% of their mana. If mana on any meepo reaches 0, all meepos will die. The duplicates will respawn in the fountain and their respawn time will be a percentage off of meepo's full respawn time, depending on how many of them died. The duplicates don't drop gold or xp for enemies if they're killed. Still if the original meepo dies, every duplicate will die with him as well.

I wanted to leave it for everyone's imagination but alright I'll give it a go

Techies Sticky Bombs
Damage: Physical 650
Explosion radius: 500
Mana Cost: 370
Cooldown: 3 sec
Duration: 15 min
Must be detonated manually with Focused Detonate, Can be purged with Diffusal Blade,Invisible to enemies unless affected by True Sight

Forget about other heroes, you're right about them :s
Here's another one I thought of

Sniper If successfully killing an enemy with Assassinate the ability will be refreshed. Additionally Shrapnel can reduce armor of enemy buildings

Meepo-Is the mana loss based on max mana or current mana? In either way Meepo is impossible to kill, just put the original Meepo in base and go for kamikaze.

Techies-Does it pierces magic immunity? And Techies will always take the 50% damage no matter how far he is from the Sticky Bomb?

Sniper-I like the Shrapnel's buff but not the part with Assassinate, Assassinate already has a low cooldown but it is unspammable because the mana cost is too high. IMO reducing mana cost is much better than removing cooldown.

Timbersaw's Chakram
In addition to giving another chakram Aghanims upgrade allows Timbersaw to control his chakrams like units.
- the chakrams are invulnerable
- if the chakrams move more than 2000 range away of Timbersaw they return to him as usual
- the chakrams CANNOT block camps(just like TA's traps)
- pass damage can affect a unit only once when a chakram is deployed
2st
Terrorblade's Sunder
Sunder applies a debuff which slows, purges buffs and ministuns the target.
- duration of debuff is 1.5s
- debuff cannot be purged by any means except Culling Blade
- the spell can be casted on spell immune heroes
- blocked by Linkens
- the slow amount is 100% decreasing over the duration
Give her roses to be closer.

Legion Commander's Duel is now an AOE effect spell allowing up to two enemy heros to be affected by duel. creeps are not effected. In addition to this if LC dies neither of the enemy heros gain bonus damage. Duel now disables passives, and grants LC a new spell, same slot, like x-marks the spot return. "cancel duel" has 0 mana 0 cooldown, and allows LC to stop the duel at any time. The duel has a duration of 6.5 now instead of 5.5

Terrorblade
I like the idea of purging but the mini-stun is already there. Spending 4200 for a 1.5 seconds purge doesn't worth the price, I mean, you could have bought a Diffusal Blade for more AGI and more reliable purge with only 8 seconds of cooldown time.

I like the idea, but I have 3 questions:
  1. Let's say, 2 enemy heroes are affected by Duel, who will Legion Commander attack?
  2. How large is the AoE?
  3. Is it unit-target like Storm Hammer, or point-target like Torrent?

They removed Sunder's ministun in 6.82c. Still not a great Aghs tbh.

Perhaps:

-Sunder can now be cast on Terrorblade himself, in which case it creates an illusion of the Marauder. This illusion deals 60% damage and takes 200% damage, and lasts 20 seconds. While the illusion is alive, Terrorblade and all other illusions under his control take 10% less damage.

Considering the low cooldown of Chakram it won't be THAT op. Pass damage is bonus damage applied to the target when a chakram moves through it.
They removed the ministun from Sunder. That is why I added it :3.
Give her roses to be closer.
