Vroom Vroom! a cockroach running like a cat (LOL)

Introduction

Hi and welcome to my guide for Weaver he's a pretty annoying hero who can attack twice in a moment with Geminate Attack and his Time Lapse make him harder to kill, well let's start the build now!

Pros and Cons

Pros

very hard to kill
fast as car

Cons

pretty squishy
can't stand with hero who play critical and stun
have low damage

Skill Build

Well I can't give you exactly skill build because this hero skill build depend on the enemy we faced, feel free to change the skill sequence depend on your playstyle or enemy

If we had hard time while farming because lot of harrass to us we should maxed Shukuchi first so we could evade the damage for every 6 seconds

If we could harrass the enemy and farm with a bit pressure we can maximize Geminate Attack first for extra damage every 3 seconds. note: we should use Geminate Attack to harrass the enemy and don't go too far from your tower, even with shukuchi you might be not able to runaway from Fissure

Note: Take The Swarm at lvl 1 before lvl 6 and don't use it for harassing enemy because if the beetles killed it will gives enemy 30 golds, use your Shukuchi instead of The Swarm for harass and use your swarm for dive into enemy tower

Item explaination

Weaver only need item for increase his attack damage or attack speed (both better) that's why i don't even mention health regeneration item except Linken's Sphere for Spell Block

Why I choose PT than other boots?
like I said Weaver only need attack damage and attack speed for killing and the best will be PT it gives you stats and attack speed

Monkey King Bar
This item will give you ministun while hitting the enemy,thats mean enemy can't run straight into base peacefully or use TP. if you notice Weaver don't have any skill to stun or silence, basically if enemy TP-ing in front of you it will be very frustating because you can't stop him TP and start hoping your damage will kill him before his cast done.

Situasional Item
well, like i said before in Pros and Cons chapter Weaver is very fragile to soaking damage, but we can prevent that thing if we use Shukuchi properly and if Shukuchi is not enough to save ourselve then we should buy linken'ssphere for spell block if they enemy had stunner like Sven Earthshaker etc.

Orchid Malevolence will gives you mana regeneration,disable!, attack damage +30!, attack speed +30 and amplifies damages 30% for 5 seconds! that mean you will be a killer in man to man fight (well since shuckuchi delay very quick i suggest you to hit and run the enemy, hit whenever Geminate Attack cooldown or while silenced and run untill shukuchi almost cooldown.)

Necronomicon
well this thing will give you true sight, mana burn, bonus DPS, a bit strength for extra surviving. Nothing to lose for this item! and you can use this item to "cleaning" Sentry Ward

Black King Bar
nah, this item will gives you some strength for extra health and extra protection against caster heroes! for example Lion Bane etc.

Magic Wand
at first item to buy why am I mention Magic Stick? the answer is Weaver has pretty low mana pool and health, this item will gives you instant health and mana whenever we need it! that's mean we could survive longer

Mjollnir
other best option for attack and attack speed also have great buff

Radiance
Well I don't mention this item into core or luxury item because this item very situational, this item gives you high damage and burn aura but it's pretty hard to get it. probably I buy this item in 25 minutes if I can't buy Sacred Relic before that time I will pass this item and buy Demon Edge for Monkey King Bar

Manta Style
Nah I've found this item so useful for debuff silence from Gust or Global Silence that might kill you because you can't cast Shukuchi nor Time Lapse or maybe you can use it to disjoint Wraith King stun or Sven stun without using your precious Linken's Sphere for other high dmg spell or Doom :D

Game Play!

As lil cockroach, Weaver don't have really much HP to survive a ton of damage that caused by enemy carry or nuker be grateful if the enemy carry right clicker who don't buy bash item or had bashing skill it's mean you could cast your Time Lapse every time do you need it.

For every war or every time you had killed or killing anyone while laning or war you should ask

Do you help your team by killing their support or deal ton of damage?
Do they make you dying?
Do they targeting you or your teamate?

After you ask yourself that thing you should consider what will be perfect item for your safety or your damage that could help your team winning war

Tips and Trick

Here's some trick from me how to use Weaver

Shukuchi cooldown and invisible different time is only 2 seconds = almost all the time you will be invisible but watch enemy inventory if you found Dust of Appearance or Sentry Ward you should be back to your base or change the target, well if you pretty confident you can win then KILL HIM!!! *watch the map all the time because once you against 3 heroes or more you should run A.S.A.P

while Shukuchi have 2 seconds time different with invisible Geminate Attack only have 3 seconds for cooldown at maxed level, it will give you much much damage than other normal hero do

The simplest trick for Weaver combo
first you should go with Shukuchi and attack him from behind then attack normally until Shukuchi cooldown and repeat it until they die or use The Swarm before he escape by running away. The Swarm will give enemy 2 choice: 1. keep running while the beetle do DPS and tracked or 2. kill the beetle but you will kill him

note attack whenever shukuchi almost done with invisible state

Against Meat Hook always ready Shukuchi all the time while you against Pudge and if you were hooked you can use Time Lapse to undo his skill!

Against Stunner like Tiny his Avalanche and Toss could kill you in second without letting you use Time Lapse so don't go recklessly if the enemy had hard stunner.

Against Caster
hah? caster? what's that? you can kill them easily and evade most of their skills with Shukuchi if you can use it properly

Special mention to Laguna Blade Finger of Death dagon this skills will totally make you bad mood so evade 1 vs 1 with Lina or Lion or caster who use dagon for their extra damage

Friends, Food and Enemy

Friend

Crystal Maiden her Arcane Aura and her frost bite will help you to kill the enemy easier.

Sven his Storm Hammer and his Warcry will give you extra armor and extra time to kill enemy!

Disruptor this will be your soulmate, if your combo going smoothly he can trap them in Kinetic Field and then silence them with Static Storm that mean you could kill them all while they disabled and caged!

Food

Your food will be heroes without running away skills and had slow movement like Pudge or Ancient Apparition

Foe

Chaos Knight beware with his stun, it can stun us for 4 seconds while all of his Phantasm hit you easily and his Chaos Strike will kill you without a doubt

Sven if he's going to be our enemy, he can kill us in a blink of eye with his damage from god strength and critical from Daedalus

Bounty Hunter he will counter you until very bitter end! because his Track will make you visible all the time! and silence you with Orchid Malevolence he'll probably buy. Well if I were you, I will pick other hero than Weaver

Doom the longest silent in dota 2 and do DPS while on effect, try to evade this thing or you'll die in second
