Can anyone confirm if the Mini-Bash still there?

In my region translate, we can only read the equivalent:

"Passive: True-Strike: Prevents your attacks from missing.

Passive: Mini Bash: Chance to deal an extra 100 magical damage."

It does, but splash and split shot effects only apply to the first target, not the splashed units, they only take the damage, I'm unsure if true-strike applies to the splashed units, as far as I know though you can't miss cleaving abilities on secondary targets.

Yes it does. Its a really good item for sniper after mjolnir.
