Gains 1 charge every time a visible enemy unit casts an ability in a 1200 AoE
Maximum of 10 charges
Certain abilities, such as arrow abilities (Frost Arrow, Poison Attack, etc) and item abilities, will not add a charge.
A simple wand is used to channel magic energies, it is favored by apprentice wizards and great warlocks alike.
