The fabric of creation needs constant care, lest it grow tattered; for when it unravels, whole worlds come undone. It is the work of the Weavers to keep the fabric tight, to repair worn spots in the mesh of reality. They also defend from the things that gnaw and lay their eggs in frayed regions, whose young can quickly devour an entire universe if the Weavers let their attention lapse. Skitskurr was a master Weaver, charged with keep one small patch of creation tightly woven and unfaded. But the job was not enough to satisfy. It nagged him that the original work of creation all lay in the past; the Loom had done its work and traveled on. He wanted to create rather than merely maintain—to weave worlds of his own devising. He began making small changes to his domain, but the thrill of creation proved addictive, and his strokes became bolder, pulling against the pattern that the Loom had woven. The guardians came, with their scissors, and Weaver's world was pared off, snipped from the cosmic tapestry, which they rewove without him in it. Skitskurr found himself alone, apart from his kind, a state that would have been torment for any other Weaver. But Skitskurr rejoiced, for now he was free. Free to create for himself, to begin anew. The raw materials he needed to weave a new reality were all around him. All he had to do was tear apart this old world at the seams.

Whilst I will admit it is quite the versatile skill, I have to disagree with you.
In the early game The Swarm is an expensive skill to cast at 100 mana. Personally I do not find it too useful because of Desolator - either you or someone else on your team may have it and that deals the full -15 armor immediately rather than over a period of 20 seconds as well as giving a bonus of 60 damage points. Consequently you can deal the full armor reduction and amount of damage the swarm can do within a fraction of the time, and without the risk of giving the enemy free gold.
Another reason is that I believe Weaver needs the stat boosts to make him more effective at carrying compared to using the swarm.
But hey, everyone has their own opinion and playstyle.

Weaver's abilities are so useful when carrying, having geminite with over 300 dmg points and desolator makes for a good laugh.

Am I the only one though who doesn't level up the swarm until everything else is fully leveled (including stats)?

You said that "Guinsoo does intact work for Riot" which I said "The founder of dota doesnt work for riot" which seems like you were disagreeing with my by stating that.

Personally i feel it's wrong of Blizzard to call the name Dota and all it includes their property, furthermore i think it is wrong that they can do that only because the mod was made on their engine. I mean they got nothing related to Dota that could make it theirs other than it being on their game, LoL got the guy who founded Dota (if we don't take that Starcraft map's name which i missed), and Valve got IceFrog who picked up the mod after it's founder left it. Blizzard got... well no rights in my opinion. I think it is both wrong of Blizzard to sue Valve over the copyright and to try and copyright it themselves, to me they seem like a bunch of kids who aren't happy about people getting ahead of them on the market.

Many of the names were changed due to the whole copyright conflict between Valve and Blizzard. Anub'seran is a name that is owned by Blizzard and it would be unwise for Valve to keep some of the names that were very much so Blizzards property.

Weaver is by far my favorite hero in the game. I have used him for almost the five years that I have played this game and will still use him throughout my dota years
