That's the reason for buying disables and auras, because they can't really focus you, and you're making things harder for them just by existing.
I will, of course, add Basher (can't believe I forgot it!) and alternate skillbuilds. I think the purpose of every guide to Abby is to give people a reason not to ignore him and I'm doing it through disables and utility.
But I'll kick your *** if you ever rush a Radiance on him.

Slightly different hero setup with a similar theme. For me,
For me, the Tranquils -> Urn -> Mek build into some damage items, quite possibly a scepter if your team needs more tanking. I think he's got to be somewhat threatening or at least irritating though - you need to get some farm on him at some point.
Omni has more team utility, but is kinda "static" - he needs farm but I don't think there's a need beyond a certain point (he's never going to be a proper carry). Aba is harder to focus and take down easily unless you have big nukes, he can purge himself and allies much more often. Omni has incredible powers, but also incredibly long cooldowns - he's somewhat easier to counter.
he just ends up as an inferior version of

ALL HE SAID WAS HE IS NOT A CARRY!!
Doesnt mean you cant go semi carry and if you got fed you might as well dominate mid game and have enough utility/horsepower for late game.
It is a specific #4 guide. take it as such.Though i cant disagree that this guide will have limited use unless you add alternatte builds.
Actually, sando said correctly that at some point you must have
Personally I prefer a slightly different set of late game items on a greedy #4 or #3 Aba - his biggest problem is that a lot of enemies can simply ignore him and kill his allies. I'm a big fan of

His cast ranges leave something to be desired for a hero whose job is to save your heroes from death.
