OP skills you can think of

These are just a few I came up with.

Power Cogs can now only be destroyed by Clockwerk himself.

Stampede now grants all allies 100% magic resistance and spell immunity.

Devour, On top of bonus gold, Doom Bringer gains XP equal to 3x the amount he would have gotten from the kill.

Shapeshift now grants Lycan the same abilities as his Lycan wolves, including invisibility and 15 hp regen per second.

Borrowed Time: only passively activates when you take a lethal instance of damage.
EX: If you are at 400 HP and Lina hits you with her ultimate, Borrowed Time will activate first and block the damage instance, and increase hp based on the damage taken.

Spell Shield is now an aura.

Razor's Eye of the Storm now is targetable.

Chakram has now global range

Heartstopper Aura now prevents enemy HP regeneration when in range.

Spell Steal now removes the stolen spell from the enemy hero for it's duration.

I said this on a previous thread but allies can now move and attack in Chronosphere.

Spell Steal with Aghanim's Scepter upgrade can now be cast on allies.

A skill that grants invis without fade time, delays all damage, is a strong dispel and doubles the heals cast on it. Oh wait.

Meepo's ult.
With aghs, all meepo's have the same items as Meepo prime.
have fun....

If a hero goes too close to a Doomed unit, it will also get Doomed.
