Absolutely NO. All the nerfs I've read about Chronosphere are stupid. The only reliable nerf is to increase the cooldown from 120/100/80 to constant of 110. It's still 60 seconds with Aghanim's Scepter.
Reduce all the magical damage done inside Chronosphere by 50%.
Why only magical? Witch Doctor and Death Prophet ultimates in chrono is what makes me call ******** every time, and it's physical damage.

Because you still need something for it to be effective. And people who actually complain should get a eul's against Void, or blademails.
Some say that we should reduce damage done from sources outside of Chronosphere. How about reducing 100% damage from any ability that is cast outside of Chronosphere (except UAMs), but all the effects will remain - just the initial damage is blocked. Damage over Time will remain. Also, any stun that will occur during Chronosphere will be wasted. So if Ice Path is put on someone 0,5 seconds before the end of Chronosphere, that "stunned" hero will be free once Chrono's duration will end. It works similar to Dark Pact.
That will require teams much better coordination and will make Chronosphere similar to Song of the Siren. Even if whole enemy team is inside the Chronosphere, they can quickly activate their Black King Bars and still have a chance to win a fight - even if they are outpositioned.
How about allowing usage of items when in chrono?
Midgame it's still the strongest setup for some ults, but lategame when bkbs and euls and ghost scepter are available Chrono does a lot less. And there's still the danger of being damaged by dagon or similar items.
