How has no one made a case for Sven, yet? BKB, 2 hearts, AC, Daedelus, and a Divine Rapier thrown in for good measure. Pop ult, AoE stun, cleave entire team to death in two hits.

Throw those items on an Enchantress and she'll kill you before you get close enough to land your stun.

Do you think I believe Enchantress is the strongest hard carry because of that?

Morphling would be the strongest. I'm assuming you are able to use all of your abilities, so if he's up against an AM, clone the ***** and its GG for the blinker. Also cause of his Morph ability, you just won't be able to kill the guy. And if he's going for the shotgun tactic, most agility heroes would drop dead before they could land a hit on him.

But very close runner ups would be FV and Terrorblade. Their ulti's are just too over powered.

Sorry to break all your hearts, but it's tinker.

sheep stick, bloodstone fully charged, ghost staff, euls, and other high high mana regen items that will give him permanent mana.

Void comes in, he puts on ghost scepter and casts sheep. If void is in bkb form, tinker can euls himself, then ghost, refresh, euls, to stay out of danger from void's ulti.

Once void's bkb runs out, tinker just permasheeps and kills.

Takes lots of skill, but if executed by someone talented, it will work.
