Ok we don't need to increase the damage of Impale, but the thing that bugs me is that they changed it from Targeting Unit to Targeting Point just like Pudge's Meat Hook and Mirana's Sacred Arrow which totally knocked Nyx Assassin down, and know he is hardly even picked. But I play him, I don't got problem casting Impale, cause of my trained Meat Hook and Sacred Arrow landings for years.

What you are saying is just not true. Nyx is still getting picked in pubs and competetive.

as i already said, nyx is a niche-hero. He is getting picked when there are lots of Int heroes in the enemy team and he can totally obliterate those. But lets face it, with the recent patches the metagame has changed into more of an agressive midgame / early pushing oriented gamestyle and nyx skillkit simply isnt suited for those kind of things. His 5v5 teamfight capability is meh and he has no waveclear at all.

Also with this things in mind, the laning stage has become more important and with impale alone (regarless of its targeting mechanism) his laning pressence isnt comparable to an Alchemist a Crystal Maiden a Venomancer or a Visage. In competitive games he is simply getting outclassed by other supports atm. Occasionally he is picked up, if the enemy team is goin for a heavy caster lineup or if your team needs him as a space creator, if there really is a Hardcarry pickup (which is quite rare tbh).

TL,DR: nyx is a situational pickup against heavy caster teams or to fill the role as a space-creator...and that - at least i think so - is totally fine.

I really enjoy solo lane tide hunter. I personally think anchor smash is his best ability even better than ravage. When playing vs a dou lane you use it to last hit and shear off chunks of the Cary's health. What makes it strong is the fact that it has alow cool down, free mana cost, and when you have solo exp the damage grows rediculas.

It would make my day to see that implemented and that is one of the ore petite changes you suggested, that's how off some of the others are.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.

In competetive he has been really popular. He essentially replaced bounty as a setup for kills, just becouse that stun can hit so many people.
You can combo him really well with any wisp combo, spectre, natures prophet, or just heroes with long initiation range like storm spirit or clockwerk.

True that. Many teams still pick him, but the main difference is that most of the time he takes the off-laner role (or the farming Hero in a dual lane) so that can get a faster level 6 and pick up his Blink Dagger relatively quickly. He's the perfect "setup" for Io combos because he grants vision and has a very easy stun to land (if you use it instead of the Vendetta hit), but don't forget he's also a pretty good initiator. He's basically like a Tidehunter that deals less AoE damage and has more utility throughout the game.
