Which Alchemist Build Do You Use

Im making this thread to get input from experienced players. If you want, say what you think the pros and cons of each build are. Just getting some data for a little dispute me and a couple of my friends are having.

I tend to use the Mjollnir + Assault Cuirass build since I like to take advantage from Alchemist low BAT and increasing his AS makes you hit extremely fast compared to other heroes. Also Assault Cuirass helps a lot with your almost 0 armor so you can take more punishment from right clicks. Maelstrom is a good farming item and when you pop your ultimate it allows you to farm really fast, also the active from Mjollnir can be a farming tool or a figthing tool.
My build usually looks like this: Blink Dagger, Mjollnir, Assault Cuirass, Abyssal Blade, Eye of Skadi, Boots of Travel, consumed Moon Shard.
If there is a harder carry in my team then I can go for something like a Solar Crest or a Vladmir's Offering if he is a melee carry.
