Introduction

Hello and I am The amazing A.K.A stupid!
This is my first guide so sorry if theres alot of errors.
I have not much experience in DotA but I want to share my experienc of DotA.
This guide is only a guideline for those new players who want to play
Bounty Hunter. Other experienced players may learn something too but this guide
is aimed to help the new players get an idea.

Note!:The skill build stated above is my personal skill build.
I will add the proper skill build but for now I guess its just that.

Hero introduction

So who is Bounty Hunter ?

Bounty Hunter is a Melee Agility Semi-Carry
who is known for earning heaps of gold and doing tons of damage.
This is due to your Jinada and Track .

Lore

When the hunted tell tales of Gondar the Bounty Hunter, none are sure of which are true.
In whispered tones they say he was abandoned as a kit, learning his skill in tracking as a matter of simple survival. Others hear he was an orphan of war, taken in by the great Soruq the Hunter to learn the masters skill with a blade as they plumbed the dark forests for big game. Still others believe he was a lowly street urchin raised among a guild of cutpurses and thieves, trained in the arts of stealth and misdirection. Around campfires in the wild countryside his quarry speaks the rumors of Gondars work, growing ever more fearful: they say it was he who tracked down the tyrant King Goff years after the mad regent went into hiding, delivering his head and scepter as proof. That it was he who infiltrated the rebel camps at Highseat, finally bringing the legendary thief White Cape to be judged for his crimes. And that it was he who ended the career of Soruq the Hunter, condemned as a criminal for killing the Princes prized hellkite. The tales of Gondars incredible skill stretch on, with each daring feat more unbelievable than the last, each target more elusive. For the right price, the hunted know, anyone can be found. For the right price, even the mightiest may find fear in the shadows.

Pros and Cons

PROS
Can earn alot of gold due to Track
Great harassing and Lasthitting potential due to Jinada
Shadow Walk is a great Ganking and Escape Skill
CONS
A bit squishy
Can be countered by Wards
Sometimes Predictable
Low mana pool

Skill Build and Why?

In my build I take the first skill point into Jinada instead of Shadow Walk like in most guides then I take 1 skill point of Shadow Walk at level 4
then I max out Shuriken Toss .

Why is that? Well first of all in Competetive/high level matches
they use Shadow Walk to scout and etc.
However since this guide is aimed for people in the low level macthmaking then
Jinada is the first priority for more lasthit/harrasing potential.
Then why max out [[shuriken toss] when you have a low mana pool
and putting levels in it increases its mana usage?

Well lets get straight to the point here shall we
Shuriken Toss provides a mini-stun wich is extremely useful so that you can stop enemies from teleporting away.

But seriously almost NOBODY uses tp scrolls for escaping in low leveled PUBS
so forget the ministun and use it as a main damage output.
Use it to last hit enemies with low health who are in tower-range
because about 295 damage is alot in early game because everybody has about 500-800 hp at this point and their armour wont be as high yet so use this as your advantage since Bounty Hunter is a squishy hero, and tower-diving is very risky.

Level Track at the regular 6 , 11 and 16.

Ok some people Do not understand what Track is so let me give you some basic information about it.

Track is a skill that can be used on enemy heroes that gives alot of helpful buffs when an allied hero is near a tracked hero.
The special buffs that Track give are
more movement speed when around the tracked hero
and when the enemy hero is killed it gives extra gold to you and every allied hero that has killed and assisted on the enemy hero.

Items

Starting Items

Just some basic regen and a stout shield to have more survivability

Early Game

Turn your iron branches into a magic wand if you like
turn your sout shiled into a poor mans shield
then your boots of choice would be phase, because the damage and the active effect
is what you need.
Lastly get a bracer for some survivability and so you can build it into a drum later.

core

And lastly get a drum of endurance for the great stats that it gives

Core Extensions

Get at least 1 of these.

Situational/Luxury

This part is all just up to you and the situation

Black King Bar-
Get this if the enemy has alot nukes and stuns e.g like Lina

Monkey King Bar-
Get this if someone has a Butterfly or somebody has
an evasion based skill like Blur or backtrack

Butterfly and Abyssal Blade -
Get these if you are totally owning the game.Depends on you really

Sange and Yasha-
pretty good stats and damage just self explanatory

Vadmir's Offering-
I dont recommend this item but the stats and
the lifesteal is pretty good

Linkens sphere-
This item is quite good because people will have a hard
time squishing you

Shivas Guard-
Pretty good item on Gondar
the active and the armour are both good.

Utility

Medallion of Courage-
An ok item for gondar
good early game item I prefer a Desolator if its late game

Dust of Appearance-
Why do you need it?
well its for detection of enemy Sentry Ward just pop some
dust to wherever the enemy cam see you while your invisible.

Some Gameplay Tips

This section is ok if you dont read it but its recommended.

As the game starts go and start blocking the creeps by going in front of them.

Now do not right click just hit the creep when you its a guaranteed last hit or else

the lane will get pushed and farming will be alot harder.

Now only I dont recommend harassing that much because your squishy but

I usually do it on melee heroes that harass me alot.

Now by the time you hit 7 you should be roaming or checking the

map if somebody is half or below half hp.If not then try to secure a gank with your lane

partner.Do not be a coward please dont be a coward check their health if you know you can

gank them.Always track people even tough you cant kill him/her because this provides

vision to your target.Use your Track on someone before you kill them or if somebody

in the enemy is gonna die.

The alternative skill build (wich is stupid)

This is just something stupid I tought of please dont do it.
I havnt tested it yet but it might just work.
You can do it if you want to try then comment on whatever the results were ty:)
