Also, why do you take Stats at Lvl4 instead of a 2nd point in Nightmare or a point in Enfeeble?

Because a second point in nightmare only adds to mana problems, 1 point in enfeeble isn't going to do much unless you are very early in laning and have already disrupted last hitting (your first point), and stats help deal with mana problems from your skills (not taking a point in a mana consuming spell and increasing your mana pool by 26)

The next items you will get will be those that give you mana regen, most likely a sage's mask and/or a bottle depending on how the lane is going.

You missed Bottle from your item build. I would also recommend formatting your guide a bit to make it easier to read, like so:
Code:
[icon=Sage's mask size="64"][icon=Bottle size="64"][icon=Arcane Boots size="64"][icon=Soul Ring size="64"][icon=Mantle of intelligence size="64"] The next items you will get will be those that give you mana regen, most likely a [[sage's mask]] and/or a [[bottle]] depending on how the lane is going.
Which produces the following:-

Otherwise, nice guide, you explain your item choices and when to take them fairly well 8)

When playing a support bane you should never buy Gauntlets of Strength or Mantle of Intelligence. You need regen, 2 of Courier, Wards or Smoke and a few gg branches. You are a support and as such, you should be buying team orientated items rather than items for personal gain.

I only sort of agree.

Mantle of Intelligence is an item I totally agree you should not get on a support bane. really any support... or any hero. The only thing it builds into is a Null Talisman, which is more or less going to be sold. The null talisman is really only an item that mids start with if they are pooled items. Dagon is the only choice of item progression there, and Dagon does not combo well with Bane's skill set/ mana pool/ purpose for being picked.

That said, Gauntlet of Strength can be quite an early pick up. Assuming your team is slightly competent, which can be a lot to ask in pubs I know, you can pick up the early gauntlets for the 57 Hitpoints. Now, clearly 3 Ironwood Branchs would be more effective stats wise and build into a Magic Wand/Mekanism, but they cannot be built into Urn of Shadows, which is very good if no hero on your team is a natural carrier and you rotate a lot (as bane does)

I also think Blink Dagger is slightly more than situational for Bane. If I have the money, I will always get it. It's incredible for getting into the best position to get a full Fiend's Grip off in a teamfight, or initiating ganks, saving teammates who are getting ganked and lastly preventing people escaping ganks.

I agree it is more or less better than Eul's Scepter of Divinity on Bane, but definitely not a core item. Bane has long range with great long range spells ( Enfeeble at 1000, 625 on Fiend's Grip, Brain Sap at 600), The Blink Dagger doesn't really help bane set up a good position for his ult, since his ult is always going to be 625 range or closer. The father back you are the more effective the ult. That said, it is very good at chasing down enemies who are fleeing and getting them disabled so your team can catch up and set up... but ultimately Force Staff can and usually does have more of a utility role, gives more mana and damage, is about the same costs, and easier to build as a support.

If your enemies team has any stuns, and they don't go through magic immunity, Black King Bar is the first luxury item you should always consider. Fiend's Grip is just too important.

I'd add Smoke of Deceit into the early game/core items as a smoke gank mid (when playing support) can be incredibly useful for your mid player and by the time the smoke wears off you are pretty much in Nightmare or Fiend's Grip range.

Pretty solid item choices and builds, although I think you should seriously consider an early point in Enfeeble as a solo mid - against most heroes (not Zeus) it can really give you a good early last hitting advantage and get a vital edge on them. Soul Ring very much depends on how early you can get it - but it can make you almost impossible to lane against with some combination of Enfeeble and Brain Sap. Would also say BKB is a bit more than situational - it's almost core!
