I'll explain a little bit more (don't want to give the game...mode...away just yet 8{D ), if 2 guys made a Draft on http://dota2draft.net/ then got 8 other guys together in an All Pick Lobby, you could still call it Captains' Mode. If 1 guy used a Random Number Generator to Pick 10 Heroes and got 9 other players to Pick them in All Pick, it would still be All Random.

Long story short, it will be an All Pick lobby, so no Mods required, but the way in which Heroes are chosen is similar to Captain's Mode. Hence why I'm waiting until there are 10 confirmed players until I release more details. <}3

You can join the lobby as a Spectator if you want. If you want to see how one of "the big guns" plays, you can lawys set teh Camera to "Player Perspective" and see what they see, what they click, how many times they ping dat Support, etc. 8{3
