Forge of creation #1 voting !

So, two weeks passed since restarting the "Hero Creation Contest" (gotta come up with a better name, a flasier one, working on it right now), everyone posted wonderful ideas, that even Valve should take into consideration for making new heroes.


So without further due, let the voting begin !

I have a spreadsheet of everyone that signed - up and posted their hero ideas in the contest:


Each hero has "marking guidelines", based on which you'll be able to rate the hero. The categories are :

• Balance - How balanced the hero is
• Originality - How original the hero is
• In - Game usability : Could it be used in game properly?
• Lore - Background story of the hero

Each category can be rated with a grade from 1 to 10, with 1 being lowest and 10 being highest.

So then, 4 points lowest, 40 points highest, let the best hero idea win! Everyone who posted their hero idea has a week to vote in this thread for each hero idea.


P.S : Ty Pory for coming up with the name.

Seeing that this site is called Dotafire, why not call it the "Forge Of Creation"?


On a more related note, I'd like to clarify some things:

Do we give every idea (except our own) a Balance, Originality, Usability and Lore value?

That's a very great name idea since it links to Elder Titan lore. I'm all up for it!

Anyway, I think we do vote for each of those criteria, but I have 1 question Wulf, how do we vote? I mean, writing it here for all to see might just hurt some people or something like that. I suggest we PM the vote to you and you just present the final point for us, what do you think?

I'm going to go by the order they are on the spreadsheet I presume?

Okay just saw those posts from Pory and Yzreel. Well whether I PM or not I'm writing the scores here. I mean no offense if anyone is upset by a low score, and I am voting honestly and fairly. I hope you are all happy with the scores I gave you. If you want to ask why I gave you a certain score, PM me and I'll tell you about a specific skill/idea which made the score lower. Can help but notice that powergoat's U and O is misplaced. Is it just typo, or the numbers are misplaced as well?

Oh yeah that was a typo. The number for O should be U and vice versa. I'll change that now.
