I get Arcane Boots and turn it into a Bloodstone afterwards while upgrading the boots into Phase Boots then. First item usually Eul's Scepter of Divinity then Blink Dagger and Bloodstone. Later Ethereal Blade, Aghanim's Scepter, Force Staff, Monkey King Bar, Daedalus, Eye of Skadi depending on situation and lineup.
Sometimes I also skip the Bloodstone and go Mask of Madness or smth.
