Rekindling Soul Changes to Hero Winrates

Hello everyone. I recently went to look at the Dotabuff Winrates out of curiosity. I like to understand how the average players play and how the patch affects people.

Interestingly, Omniknight has taken over as number one, with over 60% winrate (which I think is even higher than SB during his reign of terror in 6.78). I think this is almost definitely due to the huge nerf to Diffusal Blade level 1 and for illusion heroes, and his minor buffs were not really to blame.

Also interesting is Spectre climbing a ton. I think this is most likely attributed to the "No more passive silencing" nerfs to Doom, Duel, and Chronosphere. Most of all that last one. Now Faceless Void has a much harder time outcarrying Spectre, so she can keep on Dispersing damage.

Other noteworthy winrate changes are a significant drop in Enigma due to nerfs to his Pulse. A decent increase for Dusa. Lycan's winrate is rapidly plummeting. Doom's went down probably against Carries. Terror and CK, the non-diffusal using illusion carries, have a slight improvement too. Tinker, being more reliant on snowballing now, has less success too.
