So if I plan on learning to play Spectre well should I learn how to last hit and farm well on her?

Also what kind of playstyle does she have? Passive in early then aggressove in late?

Thanks.

Yes, she needs all the farm she can get. Spectre is one of the strongest late game carries, but without farm, she's useless. In early game, she's very weak, easy to kill, hard to last hit. You need supports and you need to play defensive.

Who else are good durable carries which are especially good without a support?

I typically play in just normal matches by myself so being babysitted by a support isnt typical.

Every Agility Hero that is durable is a carry

If you want to play an easy "durable" carry, try Lifestealer: he is (was?) one of the top picks in the current meta, very easy to farm with and very aggressive in the laning phase. He doesn't need many last-hits, so he can can snowball in the early game or stay back and farm to dominate the late game.
Just build on him Phase Boots, Drum of Endurance and Armlet of Mordiggian and you're done; don't play him in the jungle as he has a lot of killing potential and can last-hit very well.

Medusa and just laugh at anyone who attempts to damage you. And while not as good at carrying, Timbersaw can be a very durable semi-carry if he can rush a Bloodstone. And while he's not durable in the traditional sense, Storm Spirit can be a good hard-to-kill carry with a Bloodstone rush, but he takes a lot of practice.

Spectre is very very bad before level 4, but once you get lots of desolate levels and haunt she's incredible, even without farm. Her tankiness doesn't came till lategame when you max dispersion and have some +stat/HP items.
Feel free to check out my guides for Spectre, Dragon Knight, Siren, Medusa, Sniper, Disruptor, or Void. They're pretty cool.

You'll probably like Tuskar, he's pretty beefy and deals a good amount of damage.

I'd recommend Lifestealer, he's a lot more noob-friendly than most, built-in BKB and can do well with just an armlet/treads.

Chaos Knight/Sven are also good choices

Thanks for all of the replies, I'm still thinking about this question and I've figured out what I really want:
An aggressive jungling strength hard carry.

Are there any which aren't Naix?
