Blubbles' 6.85

General Changes:

- When killing a neutral creep or Ancient, now gives 2% less gold for every additional creep (not part of its original group) within a 300 unit radius.
So say you kill a creep for 100 gold and it was in a triple stack. Would now give -12% gold for 88 gold rather rather than 100.


- Increased all heroes base magic resistance by 5%.
Honestly nukes too strong right now. I want to see more raw damage.

Hero Changes:

- Alchemist: Unstable Concoction now distributes a stun and damage amount over the Acid Spray AoE. 3/4/5/6 second stun. 200/300/400/500 damage. Stun and damage reduced by 50% if taken by a single hero. Also increased all of Alchs stat growths by .2
I think this gives some good damage, good stun, and good teamfight to Alch. might be a little overpowered so I added the single hero thing to keep it from being over the top.

- Add Arc Warden

- Batrider: all spells now do pure damage.
Not kappa. Bring back Batrider

- Bloodseeker: Bloodrage now costs 6% of max HP of the target to cast. Cannot kill allied heroes. Can kill enemies. Thirst no longer removes speed cap, but increases max to 550/565/580/595. Max damage bonus per hero rescaled to 6/18/30/42
Reduces his laning presence a bunch but he can still mid and late game

- Broodmother: Spiders no longer have collision radius on creeps and heroes. Spider damage reduced by 2.

- Dazzle: Shallow Grave cast range reduced to flat 550. Duration now scales 4/4.75/5.5/6.25
New Blink Dagger Dazzles

- Earthshaker: Fissure duration scales: 5/6/7/8.

- Elder Titan: Sleep changed to stun
Hes weak right now and needs somethign going for him

- Gyrocopter: Movement speed reduced by 5. Rocket Barrage now has a scaling cast point of .3/.2/.1/0

- Huskar: Muahhahahahahahhaha wait for the Armlet change hehe

- Leshrac: Lightning Storm bounce radius is now 400. Cooldown increased to 6.
a needed nerf for the near 100% banned hero of TI5

- Lifestealer: Rage now makes all enemies within a 600 radius take 50% more damage from Lifestealer when active
Hopefully we can bring him back as a good carry, and helps with his laning

- Lina and Queen of Pain ultimates now only do 75% damage when piercing BKB.

- Naga Siren: Took Sandos nerf and made Song of the Siren channeled for 1 sec.

- Necrophos: Heartstopper Aura nerfed hard. I havent really thought about what would be an apporpriate amount of reduction, but all I know is is can make a tango do nothing. tjat needs to stop

- Pudge: Meat Hook no longer does mini-stun.

- Shadow Fiend: Soul amount rescaled to 10/18/26/34

- Slark: No changes. Honestly Glimmer Cape counters Pounce... u guys trippin aye lmao
