Make Metamorphisis his ultimate (Because for all intents and purposes it is), give him a decent skill to replace Sunder to compensate, and then buff his illusion resistance to damage, and give him a better starting HP pool (Because he no longer has amazing early game power, and thus has to compensate).

Until then, even in the seemingly perfect meta for him, I don't think Terrorblade is worth picking in comparason to any of the other heroes around. As a pushing core, Leshrac, Gyrocopter and arguably Luna are better. As a late game rat; Naga Siren is better because her illusions are tankier and deal with creep waves quicker, thus applying more passive pressure to the game. She also gets there slightly better because she has better team-fight presence. As a right-clicking late game core, pretty much all the other hard carries are better (Save the presence of Sunder, buuuut you can play around Sunder, even in the late game)

Sure, there will be line-ups where Terrorblade can thrive, but other cores can function in the same draft only probably better because they have less inherent weaknesses.

Like take the set-up you had there; Imagine that with any other core, and they'd be just as terrifying if not more. Imagine it with like a Spectre or a Medusa being unkillable, and just right clicking or burning them down.

My two cents.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

Has anybody considered drafting an Io Terrorblade? Overcharge and Tether should synergize insanely well with Metamorphosis, making up for the lost base attack time and movement speed and giving TB a good bit of damage reduction to stop him from being nuked down. The scary thing, though, is that in any lane, at any time, Io can Relocate Terror somewhere and have him go to town while the enemy is elsewhere, either guaranteeing an easy tower or forcing a sizable rotation.

^ Io - Tiny exists and is strictly better. Tiny benefits from Tether more (Wanting both the mana sustain, the movespeed, and all Overcharge offers), has more impact when relocated into a fight, can snowball off of Relocate, and kills a base faster than a relocated Terrorblade. Because Io Tiny is the fastest pushing combination in the game, he will kill barracks in a handful of seconds, and eventually hits the point where he will kill an entire base in under 30 I believe.

Like, why would you draft Io Terrorblade instead of Io - Tiny. Or with an other Io combinations. Even if Tiny gets banned before you can pick him, you can do better combos, like with Bristleback which is a more scary lane, and still a really scary pushing combo.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

No amount of buff will ever bring this worst trash hero from the dumpster, Terrorblade pick = lose.

He lost one in house as terrorblade and look what it did to him.

Aghs upgrade for terrorblade:

Sunder : Aghanims allows Terrorblade to sunder structures.
Reflection: Attacking Terrorblade now has a 10/15/20/25% chance that terrorblade passively conjures the attackers' image (just like reflection that deals damage and slows for 50% of the value of active Reflection.

There. Terrorblade is back in meta.
