1400 on both times is fine.

Also my inspiration for this is when I play Zeus last time, I used ulti just to see where the enemies' at. This aghs should really be a thing.

So the eye something is in addition to the underwhelming upgrade? It is indeed underwhelming because it used to has the increment on Static Field's range.

1800-range 5-seconds flying vision and 900-range true sight with 200 mana cost and 70 seconds cooldown timer please. True sight from miles away can be game-breaking, 1800-range flying vision is totally viable because, just look at Night Stalker and Keeper of the Light.

Enigma-I don't think that is necessary, you already deals tons of damage with it. What about grant a new active, which casts the same Black Hole that doesn't need to be channelled but only lasts for 2.5 seconds. Shares the same cooldown with the actual Black Hole.

...Its 1400 vision range, actually, not 1800.

Enigma- Now becomes the Black Hole and can only be damaged through AoE spells

I know, I was suggesting you that 1800 flying vision and 900 true sight are more balanced.

Enigma-Channelling Reverse Polarity? Dayum.

A passive that prevents passives from being disabled? :P So it still works while affected by hex? That's quite situational and I think 500 bonus HP is a bit too much.

Enigma-No. His channelling can be unstoppable but Reverse Polarity doesn't requires channelling.

Zeus- Yeah, like dust. Undispellable.
Enigma- What about similiar to the one you suggests, but tweaked. Black Hole now lasts another 1.5 seconds without channeling. So after the channeling is over the Black Hole will keep going for 1.5 seconds.

Also: Current Zeus upgrade (by thesofa) is kinda underwhelming
