What about... Ravage into Reverse Polarity into Chronosphere with an Invoker to wreck them from outside the blueberry.

I think Reverse Polarity > Ravage >> Chronosphere >> Deafening Blast and Chaos Meteor.
You just switch the ravage and RP, or maybe ravage is not needed if RP hits like 4 or 5 heroes

What about Overload + Mana Shield + Warpath ? I'm not sure if Enchant Totem stacks with Mana Shield.. if it stacks then add it and if it's not, either Viscous Nasal Goo or Quill Spray?
Talk about infinite Overload and buff from Warpath plus stun from Enchant Totem

Replace Nether Blast with Illuminate and replace Mass Serpent Ward with Exorcism and you can clear creep and fight as well!

there are many ipaetus combos, some of them include Overpower, Take Aim, backstab and psy blades there are many variants.

In terms of ingame combos your forgetting some of the biggest teamfight controlers, dark seer and enigma.

And im tired so i'll leave you to think up other things.

Edit: I just remembered the magnus techies combos, and the tiny centaur combo, and the tusk axe combo....ok sleep
Do as I say, not what I do
