Again, out of commission for awhile, but damn, this meta is like Pseudo-TI2 minus Morphling in every game. What exactly did they do to Banehallow to being back the Lycan murder train? Was it indirect buffs to other heroes? Glad to see Invoker regularly again though.
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick

I really don't know why people started noticing Lycan only now, but that's mainly because every single lineup that competitive teams run in this meta is mid-game oriented: rushing Vladmir's Offering and a Necronomicon 3 makes you deal so much tower damage that defending them will be impossible, thus giving gold advantage to your team in little time. Plus, Howl is similar to AA's Chilling Touch (which is the main reason he's so popular at the moment) and makes trilanes much scarier. Shapeshift also makes Lycan a very mobile Hero, so he fits perfectly in the current meta.

He got buffed to a really good level, the thing that is different then at TI2 is that he is still much worse at jungling.
