Why can't you phase in and blink out!?

because Blink Dagger doesn't work that way.

Once you take hero damage, you can't blink for another 3 seconds.

Therefore, the only hero that can initiate and blink out (using the dagger only for escaping while still having a reliable skill to get in the fight) is Puck.

There are two key things to take in to consideration when stacking boots and those are

A.) The speed of the character + boots because the higher that total MS is the more that speed will be enhanced by the percentages of MoM and Phase. Although it says that % based MS does not stack, I think this means that it doesn't multiply but rather, add the percentages. For example, you can see a substantial increase of MS when Phase + MoM are popped at the same time.

So, especially for the higher base MS speed characters, double boots, or adding % increase MS items should NOT be overlooked.

B.) The design concept of the character.... Axe and Dark seer being powerfully offense in the melee range indicates the power of MS for them.

The Tranq + Phase works on axe, and Dark Seer too.... HOWEVER, with Dark Seer being able to indirectly farm off another melee hero like axe, tranq boots might be unnecessary and you would rather get Boots of Travel + Phase. This could be genius for Dark Seer getting in to free lanes to solo farm and max out dagon asasp.

First inspiration for the double boot concept was when I witnessed a death prophet with Boots of Travel + Phase.

It is recognized, however, that due to the significant power of stuns in this game, at times, it can almost trump MS, that's the only catch. Imagine the power of MS if not stuns were in the game....

MS is and will always be a major factor in effectiveness none the less.

Teams with the highest MS and Stuns/disables should be the favored team.

For A:
Mm, Double Boots on a character with high MS, wow indeed. Just get the freaking Yasha for those speed-runners like Naga Siren. Double Boots SHOULD be overlooked.

For B:
Boots of Travel + Phase? You sire, made my day. That is possibly the dumbest someone can do. As my point stats above, get the freaking Sange and Yasha and play like a Russian.

There is not one game in my life that have less than four different stuns.

You can try your ideal team against the community of DotAFire.

I would also like to add that many here recommonded that pugna lane with keepr of the light while I was trying to say that Pugna + Luna completed a concept of Glass Cannon Synergistic Focus Fire Harassment...

Perhaps with luna, he might want to follow the direction of the physical damage + mana flare...

But with keeper of the light and both with soul rings perhaps, keeper could feed pugna mana for nether blad and both could farm the hell out of lane creeps, taking turns with mass finishing blows.....

It's interesting to note how there are always TWO recommonded heroes when playing... it's like, I recommend either luna or keeper of the light now and then play in the proper direction accordingly, it seems....

Oh my GOD, you're making a carry puny on damage and a support heavy on damage? That's like the most ******ed thing I ever heard.

Like a say, KotL have Chakra, so why the hell Soul Ring (and I thought you hated it) unless you and some bizarre reason says don't up his third skill?

You'll end up in an severe overpush which enemies can take advantage off.

Or I could be open minded like an inspiring person should be and say "Blink in and Phase out"

Except i can already phase in and out.

And i can occupy an inventory slot with something that also has stat value...

Blink in for 20 + gold, when I did nothing to further enhance my tank?

Blink in to... a group of guys?

I'll phase in so that the fog of war opens up fluidly and i can decided to run away if there are many opponents.

Excuse me, sir. Inspiring people says "Blink In, Stun, Blink/Walk Out"

PHASE lasts for 4 seconds, how much distance can you cover in 4seconds chasing someone?

If you're playing Pugna, Luna or KotL, you don't need to be the freaking tank. You're suppose to assist your team.

Phase + BkB

Now you get 24 damage and BkB stats instead of nothing and do so in a progressive manner even if it ultimately costs more...

Who wants to blink in to a team with out getting some kind of long term farming rhythm for protective purposes anyways.

and Use MoM.... phase costs no mana, MoM is cheap mana and a great distance cover method for jungling which axe is, and team assistance.

A Mom will REALLY make distance fire want to target you... you can wait a little bit AND THEN turn on his Q when you think you got 3 seconds of health left in order to get great kill security.

plus MoM just farms good in general.

Why is Kyfoid posting new threads at a highly rapid pace.

Because people keep replying to them...

Dota fire is perfect bait for this troll. It is in our nature to replie to try and help, that's why it is so hard to boycot trolls like this. Kyfoid does. Since he does not even read what I post I will just check in every now and than for some laughs.

Edit: How to you figure?
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.
