im pretty sure you can since i was snorted on by bristle back while ulti was active and i definitely slowed... not a lot mind you but it was noticeable. also i have activated my ulti in the middle of Warlock's AOE slow and i was still slowed... maybe its a bug as i got purged by riki once and i ulti'd and i went straight to max move speed so there are exceptions? ... has anyone else had that happen?

you cant be slowed in stampede and it shouldnt be dispellable. atleast now, what buffs can be dispelled was always vague and changed a lot.

hmmmm i was ulti'd and right clicked by viper and i popped stampede and i went straight to max speed so maybe it depends on the type of spell?

there isnt a difference in slows exept some like venomous gale will persist after activating BKB.
