its only 200.

you guys have to realize the fact that even though this skill has massive damage, it is unspammable. This skill consumes 200 of his 234 mana at level 1!

edit: and even if he does have mana, the skill's cooldown is too ******* high to spammed anyways!

edit: even late game he won't have mana to use the skill since most of his mana pool will be dedicated to keeping his ultimate as an option.

If his speed is like 285(dunno current) the range might be considerable

It spends roughly the same mana like 3 razes, so ok then

Thats why you should add balance descriptions on your idea, like me. To prevent misunderstandings.

Reworked Luna




Stats:
Luna's primary attribute changed to intelligence
Agility is now 18 + 1.8
Intelligence is now 16 + 2.8
Attack range changed to 500
Vision range increased to 1800




Q: Lucent Beam (unchanged)




W: Waning Blast
Luna gathers cosmic energy and directs a weakening blast at a target unit. The blast deals minor damage to the target but reduces the movement speed and magic resistance of both the target and enemies around it.
- 1000 cast range
- 50/80/110/140 damage
- 20/25/30/35% magic damage amplification
- 20/25/30/35% movement speed slow
- 3/4/5/6 second duration
- 80 mana cost
- 21/18/15/12 second cooldown

Notes:




E: Crescent Glaive
Type: Target-Point
Affects: Enemies
Damage: Magical
Luna throws a glaive 800 units forward in a crescent-shaped arc that curves back towards her (sort of like one of Beastmaster's Wild Axes), dealing damage to enemies in its path based on her attack damage and increasing Luna's speed when it returns.
- 1000 cast range
- 1000 glaive speed
- 20/40/60/80 +Luna's attack damage as magical damage
- 15% speed bonus for 5 seconds
- 90 mana cost
- 10 second cooldown

Notes:
They should have called moon glaive Crescent Glaive in the first place... :/




R: Eclipse
The moon slowly blots out the sun in a span of 2 seconds. When the sun is completely blocked, day turns to night for 10 seconds and the area around Luna is shocked with cosmic energy, dealing damage and stunning enemies. During the eclipse, Luna has flying vision.
- 2 second delay
- 400/450/500 radius
- 200/300/400 damage
- 2/2.5/3 second stun
- 10 second eclipse duration
- 150/275/400 mana cost
- 150/130/110 second cooldown

Notes:




Makes Luna a more active and flexible hero that can gank to a certain extent. With her nukes and high attack damage, midlane is a viable option for her. Level 6 on this revamped Luna can give her team an early and powerful advantage in teamfights and is less limited than an unchanged level 1 Eclipse.




Might have missed something, but I have no time to fix it as of yet (or format :/). Gotta sleep now :).

Crecent Glaive should be auto-cast for like 15 mana and not deal bonus damage.

Nevermore's mere touch brings ones soul nearer to death


Basically, making him a much easier hero to play (nevermore is considered to be one of higher difficulty ceiling heroes), while keeping him in his signature "gank,farm,kill" playstyle. Removed his signature as well as ultimate skill, a questionable move, but instead i gave him a 500 damage pure nuke and an escape, thereby making him the perfect combination of ganking and farming.

Some may question his farming capacity with the removal of the razes, but I'm sure it will be compensated with his new reworked ultimate which has a sufficiently low cooldown ( a downtime of 35/25/20 seconds, not bad in my opinion).



The name True Form has been used, and also True Form sounds a lot like Grow! + Curse of Avernus + Fury Swipes. not that thats bad but...

actually I was going to do an ultimate where he gets a completely new set of abilities,but I was too lazy to write it :c
