I have played brewmaster often, but I want to play him mid now, but I don't know how to differ my build to fit that. What skill/item builds should I follow for this?

Brew should always rush a blink and then get utility and aura items. Think items like aghanims, shiva, AC, vlads, BKB, scythe.

Skillbuilds are mostly the same. Some people like haze at lvl 1 but i prefer clap.
Max clap first ofcourse and get brawler at lvl 2 so you can ignore harass.

Depends on the game.

I usually max out the Thunder Clap, get a point in Drunken Haze and then max out Drunken Brawler.

And about items, Boots of Speed -> Blink Dagger -> Aghanim's Scepter -> Heart of Tarrasque -> Assault Cuirass/ Shiva's Guard + depends on the game.
Boots are usually upgraded to Phase Boots or Boots of Travel.
