Too many bad carries...

I play on US East. And for Zerosaviour's problem, that is Dota 2 pub games in a nutshell. The weird thing is that one of Lich's skills is literally devoted to denying creeps and keeping the lane pushed back...

Us East eh? Might be able to play with you sometime then. I don't get great ping there but I think 100 or so ping is alright?

If only I lived closer! I have an Anti-Mage win rate of over 70%, so I think you'd be satisfied with my carry play ;)

Dang, forgot that I played some games where I got horrible supports with little to no experience at dota and (apparently) 'bad latency'. Now the win rate went down to 64% :(

I had to solo the lane against an offlane Invoker, who had constant help from Nature's Prophet and Undying. Though I had killed him once early one, they completely slaughtered me later on in the lane (**** cold snap :(). And where were all the supports, you ask? Shadow Demon DC'ed more than 4 times and Earthshaker was like, "I should lane with Mirana because she's a carry and she needs my help to solo the offlane!" ****ing hell man.

That's just how the pub matchmaking works, unfortunately (Unless you have 4000+ matches, like the majority of the pros).

My last game was just the same: I was the only one playing support (Lion), even though the team had an Ogre Magi (he didn't want to lane with a carry) the guy grabbed a Quelling Blade and was auto-attacking creeps. The others picks of our team were Clinkz (mid), Drow and Huskar (bot). They got Shadow Shaman/Death Prophet (top), Invoker (mid) and Axe and Broodmother (bot)

Huskar went full ****** and died 7 times in 14 minutes after the game started. We were able to win most teamfights, because their Axe was jumping like an idiot in the middle of our team and I could hex him every time. Got an Aghanim's, because their positioning was awful and our carries were too coward to do the damage.

They had a Broodmother, and in most of the clashes it was away, getting the towers. I did 6/2/12, but Brood got fed hard.

Sigh. finally got the will to play again and got put into a group with a natures Prophet who said even before we even picked heroes that he was going to feed. Right at the horn; he teleports to the enemy base and lets them kill him.

He constantly would charge mid and let their sniper kill him.

I was actually holding my own the whole match cause I was a TA. He went 0-7 before abandoning.

Seriously, my luck can't be that bad. Haven't won a game yet today. This last game, we actually had a decent team cept for that Prophet.

I would like to play with anyone who would be willing to play with a rather new player. As long as they wouldn't mind teaching me some things and helping me improve. As a support, I won't steal farm and I will attempt harassment and denies. I would need some help with warding though XD.

Finally got a good game. Took most the day to do it. Hard early and mid game; which only opened up in the late game due to us getting some nice team fight wins.

I play mainly carries, 1) Because I'm actually pretty good at farming once I get a roll on, and 2) I don't trust pubs to do anything good lategame. I'm still pissed about losing my 80% winrate as Terrorblade. Before you yell at me, I do play supports, but... well, my winrate with them isn't very good. AA is my most successful at 55% - the rest are all sub-50. Compare that to 63% with Terrorblade and 58% as Spectre, and I have reasons for preferring independant playing rather than babysitting an autoattacking moron for 20 minutes while they farm treads.

Guess that's AU servers though.

lol AU servers ... i feel your pain my brother, im in Perth so i can play on see with 50-60ms ... feels good to have decent carries once in a while haha
