When mousing over this icon, it shows what you need to make it. However, it only shows that you need Hyperstone; it should show Maelstrom as well.

EDIT: Did a quick browse, and there are some other items that have incorrect mouse-over things.

Mekansm: Missing Headdress
Pipe of Insight: Missing components altogether
Poor Man's Shield: Missing components altogether
Power Treads: Missing components altogether
Satanic: Missing components altogether

I've seen these for awhile, nothing I can do but report them to Atlas, editors can't change recipes/abilities of hero/items besides for stats and description.
