I'm taking a look at your first replay atm but based on the dotabuff data your mid player got destroyed in lane.

One of the first things you needed to do was to buy a sentry against TA, if your mid was good then maybe he doesn't need it but he's not. Since your team is running a duel support, either you or the other support needed to stack for Sven. No point in having two supports hang around if they're not trying to kill the offlaner. Rule of thumb is that if there is a core that can farm stacks fast then stack for him especially if there are two supports.

Not sure why you TP'd bot and your positioning easily helped the enemy safelaners kill you. Around 7:50, when you TP'd bot again; Slark didn't appear again after a short while. When an enemy doesn't show himself after you just arrived then it's a good sign that you were seen. If Slark's movement or anybody else starts to differ as soon as you or someone else arrives to gank; immediately hiding is an example; then you were spotted and should readjust your position or decision.

Another thing is that everybody should keep an eye on the rune timer which is every 2 minutes starting at 0:00. This usually means mid/jungle/roamers get these runes so when mid disappeared, both you and the furion should've backed up to tower until enemy mid is seen again. You didn't notice this and became an easy kill.

Another common mistake is when you TP'd to the t1 tower when 4 people were right there sieging your tower. Unless you had someone else like Tidehunter go first then you never want to tp to a tower that is under siege. Always tp to the safest tower (in this case t2) if you want to defend WAY before the tower is about to go down.

TL:DR
Work on positioning
Set small but impactful goals (ex: stacks for your Sven in this case)
Gank better and more often if you're not killing the offlane
Keep track on the timer

ok so i cant seem to get rid of the white noise and amp my speech without getting this weird clipping effect where every 7 seconds i lose 0.25 seconds of noise... and i cant seem to fix it so ive uploaded the raw footage which is ... quiet so apologies. the video is long cracking 50 min and it is very indepth.

once i figure out how to get the clipping fixed ill take the white noise out and amp speech but for the moment.
