Scoring & Hero Page Updates

Hey everyone,

We did a major overhaul of the hero pages. They now contain all the subskills for Hero's that have them like Invoker along with a fresh new layout for the guide list. (Notes tab coming soon)

You will notice that we now show the first 6 items from the first builds first purchase order. This means many authors will need to re-organize their purchase orders in order to properly display items that represent their guides build. This is meant to be a quick reference for viewers looking for new guides. The way it works is not set in stone and we are looking for feedback from all the authors on how it works now and if you feel it should work differently, let us know. We think its pretty simple and straight forward, but by looking at the lists its obvious many authors now need to update their guides.

Second, based on complaints from authors regarding voting, scoring and such we have removed the % score from around the site and replaced it with a softer system that uses 5 bars to show the guides quality. We hope this helps authors to stop obsessing over 1-2% score changes and also helps viewers find a wider variety of guides since scores don't seem so far apart anymore.

I just noticed that some of the hero pages have glitch in the layout... not sure why but working on it.

Anyway, can you check the suggestion I posted some time ago in the green zone about this layout?

That would be the ad appearing in place of the videos correct? Nevermind I see it's the build/video tab merging with the above sections.

Do you mean the skill definitions? That's on the Enchantress page too

no some of the pages have the tabs showing up under the bio, beside the stats... its kinda wierd. maybe its a cache thing that will fix itself.

The ad showing for video is actually for hero's with no video. I didn't make a "no video, upload one!" message yet, so the box is about a 1/4 inch high... doh!

I don't think so, if no videos appear, means there's no videos. If you go at Rubick and look at his videos, you will see 2 of my videos there with him.
