ORACLE TOO STRONK VOLVO PLS NERF.
But seriously. Oracle with Mek/Pipe and Urn can give 9 seconds of invulnerability to any teammate. Sounds op, is op. You **** any carry in the *** with Fate's Edict and when they get BKB still **** them by using False Promise on the main target. Your cores won't even die if you get Urn and Mek because the heal is so ****ing op.
By timing your Fate's Edict correctly you can also nullify all magic dmg the False Promise target took during the 7/8/9 seconds. And the cooldown is only 20 seconds.

Basically no deaths for your carry ever as soon as you hit 6 and don't die immediatly in a fight. Since you will be building Mek/Pipe anyways you'll probably survive long enough to cast your spells.

I find Oracle in an unorganized environment is one of those heroes that does well, but struggles to make a major impact on the game if he's not paired with someone who makes great use of his skills.

Also, have you tried Death Prophet with Oracle? It's pretty cool.

I tried Alchemist with Oracle. He was regenening 500 HP in a teamfight. Pretty cool.

I gotta try that. Alch with Oracle.

But yes, Oracle is likely going to be nerfed in the next patch, because of a big backlash to him being really powerful/annoying, though from what I see, he's a Snowball support.

39.6% winrate. Second last just before Io.

I spent my day watching streams and all I saw was Oracles feeding and having zero game impact.

OP ulti? Nobody says Dazzle is OP and Shallow Grave isn't even an ultimate ; on top of that Dazzle has an ulti that gives -24 armor to your whole team - Oracle hasn't got much on top of False Promise.

Am I the only one thinking that the hero is balanced? He has a very awkward timing window for snowballing off the early game (especially for a support) and in the late game he's pretty much a walking ult. And he's always focused first in teamfights.

Strong hero? Potentially, yes. Needs a nerf? Besides a small cooldown increase or duration nerf on his ulti, no way.

People were just to over hyped with him. He is strong in the right hands like Earth Spirit. I don't if I mentioned this but Oracle's skills are complex and people will find him hard to play (but he's easy for me). And it gets worse when scrubs pick him.

Keep in mind that I've only played him in unfair bots, but I think he's decently balanced. Definitely not overpowered. He won't win a game all by himself, but he's a really good mix of early game impact (with a root and a strong, low-cooldown nuke/heal) and late game support (magic immunity and his crazy ult).

He looks crazy on paper, but there are a lot of quirks to using him, I think. It's probably because he's still new to me, but I occasionally would mess a combo up and nuke my carry, forgetting to give him the magic immunity first. Or I would accidentally make the target magic immune instead of purging him. There's also a lot of decision making involved in Oracle. You may want to make the enemy weaker to physical damage, but that might make that Mystic Flare that was just cast completely worthless.

He's definitely dangerous. I think the cooldown of the ult should definitely be raised a touch. 30 seconds is fine. 20 seconds means you can get two off in a single teamfight, which is a bit much I think. Honestly, though, it isn't that strong in and of itself. It's like Shallow Grave meets Shadow Dance. A good team will silence, stun or kill Oracle as soon as he shows his face, so I really think he's in a good spot right now.

All that being said, he's so fun to play! Lots of killing power, amazing harass, not a complete liability like other supports, and comes fully online really fast.

The winrate after a single day of play by the community isn't very telling, imo. Nobody has had time to master or even get great with the hero yet, and most of the players insta picked him without even playing bots first. Those people are going to lose regardless. I expect this guy to have 55%+ winrate eventually.

im not sure on how strong oracle is, but definately on the strong side.

Winrate doesnt say anything, when earth spirit came out with the stun on the pull ability he also had a ~40% winrate even though he was the most overpowered hero in years, he was such a free win, he should have had a 75% winrate if pubs arent braindead.
