Funny Games Thread

I have a few days off work so have been indulging in some daytime solo DOTA...just played one that was ridiculous. The game started, and the team had picked Bloodseeker, Ember Spirit and Nature's Prophet...uh this was already going to be tricky.

I asked the other guy whether he wanted offlane or support, but with 1 second left just plumped for Lich on the basis he wouldn't support. I go in, buy Animal Courier and Observer Wards, and the usual regen and a branch, ready to head to the safe lane with BS. Other guy finally picks Nyx Assassin after losing gold for 15 seconds, I pass him a ward and assume he's going offlane.

I head to mid to Sacrifice a creep, before realising Nyx has gone friggin safelane and left off completely unmanned. I head over there in time to catch the 2nd wave and see that I'll be against Luna and Lina...not exactly ideal but I figure to play passive and just get what I can...

Team picked no support except for Tidehunter, and the Juggernaut and Pudge took my safelane. Still, I remained optimistic, bought courier and went to offlane with tide, where we got 2 kills vs Timbersaw and Alchemist. My team proceeded to feed a little, but I still remained optimistic. I mean, my team is decent, just that we were losing by picks. Long story short, I farmed and split pushed while they cannot track me down since we have good vision of the map (credit to pudge and tide :D) and I repeatedly confuse them with illusions until I got 6-slotted and carried my team to victory with a decent gpm in a lane where I got minimal CS.

Also, I survived until 40-50 minutes where I got my first and only death in that game.

Me and a friend picked ursa-cm to troll.

We wrecked our lane and kept them at level 3-4 for the first 7 min. Then we made it our mission to underlevel their huskar...

15 minute level 6 huskar, 18 minute level 7

The entire enemy team ragequit :)

I hate games when we end up getting all #3-4 role players. Those games always stretch to 50 min. +

I had a game of captains mode where i was offlane timbersaw. We were getting stomped on by a shadow fiend, jugger was a bad pick and not playing well, and the greedy jungle doom pick didnt work out to.
Then at some point when they were diving our base the SF had now entered troll mode and lost his rapier in fromt of the fountain. From this point the game went crazy since kunnka could farm now.
It entered bat**** insane mode when SF got a second rapier and lost it again. The rapiers swithed hands so much i dont even remember, and there were so much points when we could have easily won but pure sloppyness, trolling or just having not enough brain cells to group up meant that the game went on forever.
At some point i didnt even care anymore as everyone was playing really weird and it was taking way too long, and we should never had a chance in the first place.
Eventually we just lost to them being in front in gold after so many failed base pushes and them throwing body's at the rax. Even when it would make much more sense to just kill us or siege.
