Think about getting Power Treads or Phase boots. The attack and speed and stats from power treads make him a walking, underestimated Power House. Phase boots if you max out leech seed first will give you much more mobility, not to mention +24 attack damage. Get a Yasha too if you want to remain mobile. Drums too.

Good build, but is not so good, better to stay with , 10 charges is fine. And also is not a must, if you are not going to abuse with , you will always have enough mana.
