While this is a very unique guide and quite a good one too, there are things I like to point out. Necronomicon is too expensive and has too much of a cooldown to be fed efficiently, further, enemies will hesitate to take the last hit because of Last Will.

And don't just feed, farm as well! Why? You need to steal as much gold as you can from your allies before feeding yourself. Allies can't farm and enemies get more gold because you have higher net worth.
