Annnnnnnnd Welcome

Hello, today is a guide about
Juggernaut, For he is the last of his people.

Before I get started please help me and comment what you think is unnecessary, because I know how frustrating it can be to read a GIANT wall of text.

I will be covering basics skills as well as slightly more complex things that make a big difference!

(especially early game)

Blade Fury

AH yes, the infamous Blade Fury this is what makes you one if not, THE STRONGEST early game carry.
To be honest, Chaos Knight is the only one who might be as strong as
Juggernaut (at least in early game)

Ok, in early game there is almost no excuse to lose your lane, even if you(or laning partner) give out first blood. Just one point can deal 400 damage(!!) all you really need is a stun or slow! even
Crystal Maiden one of the worst early game supports
(at least lvl 1) can grab her Frostbite and and get first blood with ease!

Step 1: ASK FOR A STUN

Ok, so if you want to play juggernaut ASK FOR A SUPPORT WITH A STUN
and if your thinking about asking for a support with only a slow, it is a little dangerous because they may have a
Town Portal Scroll {then they TP away so you don't get the kill} :(

Step 2: Click The Area Around The Enemy, NOT The Enemy

What I mean when I say click the area around him is there shouldn't be a right click order and/or attack command. If you do this correctly then Juggernaut should not attack or even try too. (he does no right click damage to heroes in Blade Fury )

If this is NOT done, you will find yourself having a hard time to even catch a slow, level One, (275 movement speed with no boots) Crystal Maiden

It's a little hard to explain how to do this so just use the M key (that's the default key) and it should show you what I mean, by not attacking the enemy but simply following him (if your using this tactic please keep in mind you will have to resend the Move commend if the enemy is trying to Juke through the trees)

Step 3: Spin-TP Saves Lives (At Least For You)

Don't worry, this is one will be pretty short because it is quite self-explanatory. Here is the COMPLEX combo to pull of.

Step 1: Spin
Step 2: Town Portal Scroll
Step 3: Type something obnoxious like, "LOL" or " XD "

Sarcasm aside, just remember to Start Spinning and then TP.

If you think this is expensive on mana it's because it is. But Ring of Aquila typically takes care of the mana and maxing this skill first can make the mana go down and it will eventually cost 90 mana.

The Healing Ward

Thankfully this is less complex and straight forward then Blade Fury So, without further or do, lets go.

..........................................................

...............................................................

Healing Ward Tip 1: Remember To Use It Before Team Fights

This is a simple mistake with big consequences. You see, if you can remember to start it up the Underrated Healing Ward it should save you 300 Hp and more and more as the game goes on. Let's not forget that your teammates will benefit also (especially your tanks, since they should have 2000+ hp in 30 min)

Healing Ward Tip 2: No Shame For Using It In The Jungle

I'm sorry if this seems too obvious, but I really don't see people doing it as much as they should. So yeah, If you have full mana and plan to jungle creeps for a minute or two, and a little over 50% Hp, feel free to use it. Ring of Aquila will cover the mana.

Blade Dance

Blade Dance does not really have the same reliability as Blade Fury and Healing Ward. Also keep in mind the damage is 200% ALL the time, so 1 point will be fine.

Omnislash

Oh Omnislash, it's a funny ability because we all have mixed feelings about it. But regardless how you think of it, here is how you use it.

The Worst Ultimate At level One Reward Goes to....

Whether or not Omnislash actually is the worst Level 1 Ult is a much harder decision then most may think. You see, It does 200-225 Physical damage per hit(!!). so unless you can deal that to 1 enemy, Don't use it please. I guarantee those 130 seconds will be the slowest seconds of your life.

Please Don't get Aghs

The only time I recommend Aghanim's Scepter is when Juggernaut is the first Dota 2 hero you play because it grants you easy kills on bots.

Other than that it's basically a lvl 4 Ultimate. Which is almost never worth 4,200 gold

Items

I basically get the same starting items every game but the only Item that I would change is Enchanted Mango with Healing Salve.
Lets say there is an Ursa and you have a support Phoenix . In this situation, Be Realistic your probably not going to win that lane so go more defensive with health.

Laning Stage (<10 min)

As stated before, Use Side Shop as much as you can. With this build the only time you need Courier for is Ring of Aquila. Also yes, both Mask of Madness parts can be built in Side Shop. Honestly the fact that 4 out of 5 items can be finished in side shop shows how insane this hero is in Laning Stage.

Manta Style

Yes it does not matter if your against Earthshaker Get this Item. Keep in mind this can stop/disable silences and roots.

After Manta

Diffusal Blade basically is picked up after mana for self-explanatory reasons; it drains more mana. It also helps when a hero tries to run away. Keep in mind, if the enemy bought Ghost Scepter or Necrophos and Pugna are annoying you, this item Dispels ALL Ghost-Form like abilities.

I like Butterfly for couple reason; mainly that you can dissemble your Mask of Madness but it's not always worth rushing Butterfly because let's face it, the attack speed is too Godly for simple evasion. Just skip it for Skull Basher then come back to it.
(It really just depends on the game)

Look At The Enemy Now. (Items)

Now it all depends where you have to look at ALL the variables; Like:

Should I start fighting early or go more greedy items?

How will they kill me? Using physical, magical OR Pure?!?!?

Are they going to kite me?

It ALL depends and you need to make the decision! Good luck, And if your not sure just look at the Top of this guide, it gives a couple more items that could work in various situations.

Friends And Foes (Slightly Advance)

Freinds!

This is amazing, She has every thing Juggernaut wants; A stun, Minus armor, More click damage, and her Ultimate makes an enemy lonely so you can ult them with no interruptions!

While he has an okay stun, if he lands his Maledict plus Blade Fury is an instant kill for everyone except Tidehunter

No, he is not as good as The other 2 above, but he has quite the potential for a perfect Ult with his infamous Glimpse

Foes...

This bear is a force to be reckon with as soon as he hits level 2.
He counters everything you have. His Passive goes through spell immunity, and he can tank your ult with his own ult. the only way to get an edge is to wast as much regen he has in level one. As its possible to kill him if he has 50 % Hp

With his Quill Spray going through spell immunity, and his passive giving you a hard time to finish a kill, and probably kill you in the process it's one hard matchup. However if you can get in front of him when you support stuns him you, you might get him!
(also yeah get Magic Wand)

Thank you !!!

Phew!!! We are done!!! I'm ready for a nice break, as I spent perhaps a little to much time on this little project. Well, hope you're satisfied with my work and please correct me for any mistakes on guide! I would love to improve this thing as time moves on!
