I dont understand why tranquil boots instead of arcane boots, since techies is mostly going to place proximity mines all over the map post level 7, arcane boots seem to be much more useful than tranquil boots. Also i prefer choosing -5 sec prox mines as level 10 talent. I usually dont team fight post level 7 i just prox mine jungles and provide area denial to team for safe carry farming.

1.First of all you need to move around the map to plant your mines so tranquil boot gives you much more movement speed.
2. By having tranquil boot you can use ur Blast off! For farming camps and lane creeps.
3.specially in early game, tranquil boot will let you to be able to aggressively Blast off! In the fights and then just regenerate your HP
4. After level 15 you won’t have mana problem on Techies.

Hi quick question what do you think about bloodstone?

Personally, I don't like this item at all! The only benefit for Techies is the fact that you can fill your HP after silencing your enemies with Blast Off! but even in that case, you can build a Bloodthorn or even Hex which is far more effective. The other benefit of Bloodstone is passive mana regen but it needs you to be near the enemy you are killing (which might not happen most of the times) and also the fact that after level 15 talent you will not have mana problems at all! So I don't build this item on Techies. I prefer to fill my inventory with a utility item like Hex or Force Staff

Great Guide! I think you should include some other items one would normally build. For example force staff is great for mobility and for pushing enemies into remote mines, and aether lens is good for hiding in the trees and mining up the lanes. Good guide anyways! I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!

Thank you. I will update this guide in a week or two to add some other cool things to it. Force staff can be a good situational item as I mentioned in the guide but personally, I don't like Aether lense on techies at all. Although it would enable you to mine spots that you can't mine otherwise I think that it's just wasting a slot for 200 range that you don't need 99% percent of the time. Aghanim scepter would give you enough range to hide in trees and mine the lane anyway. To be honest with you there are 2 items that during 650+ games I almost never built them techies: 1. Aether lens 2.Bloodstone (although this new bloodstone is a little bit better I just don't like this item :) )
