Meepo will lose definitely if it's same farm.
Meepo needs to have more farm than invoker to win.

It really depends: if you're talking about a game where both are six-slotted, then it's not true at all because both of them would be maxed-out with the best items; if you're talking about a normal game you aren't considering the fact that Meepo farms a lot faster than Invoker.

People tend to forget that invoker can buy dmg items that improve his right clicking with alacrity.
You can even test this on private lobby, a 6 slot invoker should have:
-int treads
-scepter
-refresher orb
-bkb
-divine rapier
-divine rapier

Good point. Normally, though, people refer to a six-slotted Invoker when he has Agh's, Phase/Travel/Treads (doesn't matter much), Vyse, Refresher and two items between Linken's, Necro, BKB, Eul's and Shiva; if going for a Rapier build, then it's a different approach because Invoker could basically be substituted with any Hero that gains benefits from damage, thus nullifying the comparison. People want to compare the nuke combos from Invoker and the Poof-ability and 5x autoattack damage from Meepo (and anyways, against a Blink + Vyse + Cuirass Meepo spells and rapier damage don't do much, if he initiates).

Then meepo is dead, meepo cannot auto attack invoker no matter how hard he try because:
-There will be ice wall, meepo moves at crawl speed unable to run nor attack
-there is blast
-there is also cold snap which prevents any meepo from teleporting

That's true only if Invoker manages to land all his spells before he gets killed: if Meepo initiates first with the right items (Vyse, Cuirass, Blink and probably some stats/nuke items, according to your approach) he's probably gonna die.

Invoker could also go veil of discord and EB +dagon to completely rape meepo.
Invoker will always have the upper hand because meepo will never be able to pin down a fed invoker.
Invoker FORCES meepo not to bundle up thus meepo have no dmg, meepo NEEDS to clump up for autos and poof THAT is his main dmg source.

Also if you want to know who would win in a 1v1 mid only, invoker would win from early to late.

1. Same for Meepo: Blink, Vyse, Ethereal with two Butterflies in your inventory and then Dagon 5.
2. Depends on who initiates first.
3. A good Meepo player should never go with all the Meepos together: unless going for a gank or participating in a teamfight, all the Meepos should push different lanes or jungle, according to your map awareness and, obviously, map control. Also, Meepo can Poof into the Meepo that's fighting Invoker and fight 5vs1; plus, when six-slotted, Poof is not Meepo's main source of damage, his autoattacks/nuking power (according to your item build, whether you go full stats or Ethereal plus agility) is.
4. It really depends: Invoker's laning phase is very passive until level 3 (if you go QE) or even until he gets his Phase/Force staff (if going QW); by that time, Meepo can get a good amount of exp and then reach level 4 (maybe a bit later than Invoker, but who cares?): from that point, his second Meepo can jungle and get a lot more experience than Invoker.

TL;DR:
1. It depends on your thoughts about the fight. If you think about a Vyse + Agh's + Refresher + Linken's + Force Staff + Travel Boots Invoker versus a Blink + Agh's + Heart/Butterfly stacks Meepo the latter's probably going to win; if you think about giving BKBs and Rapiers to one of the Heroes then it's like talking about an Anti-Mage versus Faceless Void fight, the one who initiates first, wins.

2. As said before, initiation: if Invoker initiates first and has a BKB, he can focus on one Meepo and probably kill him; if a Blink + Vyse Meepo gets Invoker first he's gonna win the fight.

(Sorry, the post was too long and I needed to double-post.)

I don't know if you guys noticed, but a lot of people started to build the Scythe of Vyse on Meepo, basically, 3.5s are more than enough for Meepo to kill Invoker. Well, let face it, it all depends on the items, people doesnt make builds just to counter ONE hero, but the general opposite team, so stop suggestion ideas which will never happen.
